I enjoy your vids. I’m 88 yo have been doing origami since 4th grade, finding it quite useful in many instances. I ve entertained my children. Ant taught many math problems with it. This model makes a great Christmas tree ornament. Keep up the good work ❤️❤️
BRO FOR ME IT DID NOT WORK AND IT GAVE ME BAD SHAPE AND I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT IT WAS TRYING TO TELL ME😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
WHY IS THE JEWISH STAR OF OF DAVID INSIDE OF UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. I SEE IT IN CONGRESS TO ON THE SEATING AREAS. THE PUSH PIN TACS THAT HOLD THE LEATHER TOGETHER IJ THE SEATING AREAS. AND IT IS OUR SHERIFFS BADGES TOO? IS THIS A CONSPIRACY??
THANK YOU SO MUCH for using actual US dollars!!! This is perfect and I've searched all night for a legit tutorial to make a coin box with fail after fail. Your tutoral is easy and clear to follow, and this is EXACTLY what needed----Thank, THANK, THANK YOU!!! 🎉
The to points of one side, one goes into the point cavity of the other side and the other point on the one side accepts the point into it from the other side. Hope that is the info you need. 🙂
Fantastic ring! I like this so much better than the 'standard' square top. Unfortunately, I have fat fingers and even with making it as big as possible (folding close to the 20, and leaving just enough to tuck in the final fold) it only fits on my pinky finger. But, it looks great. Now I want to try and modify your United States Of America ring to have the numerical or written denomination depicted while still having the advantage of the adjustable size. Your work is truly artistic, thank you!
Sorry the size would not fit, the 10$ is a little bigger , yes a square top but not like other 10$ rings. OH YES GO for it on modifying the United States Of America - This is really why I started the channel - to encourage other to explore Origami which is how all the models on the channel came to be! Hope it's works out well and that ring can size up larger then the others too! Thanks for letting me know!😀
So sorry, but it's like the next step from this model ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7dEIBmUwEJQ.html Maybe try this first. Hope that helps. 😃
The top Square corners (4) we are opening and dividing by folding 1/2 of them inwards. This model base was difficult for me to learn as well, I made a few with paper to learn better. It's mainly taken from changing this model ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-rnJ2PmtgHYw.html maybe you can get past the stuck place with this video. Good Luck!
The beauty of this Trinket design is that the folds of the top and the bottom of the pattern line up while the bill is fully open, one still needs to make 7 vertical mountain folds and 9 valley angle folds. This was rather then folding the bill horizontally 1st before the angle folds and having to then make the angle separately 8 on each (top & bottom) of the bill as in many previous designs. Divide the bill into 8 vertical sections (mountain folds) Next make the 9 valley folds using the vertical folds @ the edge of the bill as the guides for each valley angle fold. then make the horizontal across the bill Mountain fold so the mountain is on the same side of the bill as the vertical folds. Then the crease pattern is complete. I hope this helps, Good Luck!
Hasn't really grown much and that is just a little part of why I got discouraged. So many channels just copy but mine are all original to the best of my research except when noted and just steal my model and make 10K views in a weeks. Anyway Thanks for watching and maybe in time I will make more original models. Glad you like the Model, 1st when I had the idea and made this I thought would be huge hit!
@@drphu dang I’m also suggesting if you would make a subway train out of money if your up for the challenge sometime :) glad to still see your channel alive thought
Hey I have tried to make my own snow crystal and I have 2 made, but the hardest part is making the center sit right, nice and flush. You making a tutorial still?
I do not know if i will or not. That model I lost the video of, that and some other issues I have not made any videos. I have made a few new models but hardly any. If I had to do the channel over i should have only released one video a week. I got burned out on making them but anything can happen. To final close the model I believe I used a paperclip as a pin sticking it inside to get the very last fold in place through the hole in top to lock it. Happy you were able to make the model you must be GOOD and put in some time on that!
I did put some time into it, but I want you to know that you do awesome work and I would love to see you back, even if its just a few a year! Thanks for the reply and hope the best for you!
At around 3:33 you say "just twist these around and down". i can not get them to lay down. Am i missing something? i have gone through creasing/folding 5 dollars trying to make this. got help/clues? thanks j
Oh man bummer! I remember when I started out making the 6 side box seemed to have that issue too! So @ that part 3:33 make sure the exposed angle folds are the valley folds and the corners are mountain. I figured you made sure but I just mention just in case. the valley folds go to the center and the corner mountain folds lay down on the edge of the model, so you are letting the valley go in and laying down the mountain fold. Something that might help is to push in on several of those angel valley creases @ the same time sort of pinching the mountain corners when the flap starts to move toward a corner let it move. Keep in mind all those folds become flat valley and mountain both. (It's like locking a cardboard box shut with the flaps in a way but the flaps are connected.) If that info not helping maybe try looking @ a box with less sides many have a similar concept This video gets into that issue right away @ the beginning of it look how strong those flap creases are, the mountains and valleys both are hope this helps you solve the issue! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-vrnCRjQ7nwc.html
