For some bizarre reason. I have apparently disabled the Pilot Control that cuts out the time limit without hands on the wheel. Unfortunately, for the interested I have no idea how. The car is only 2 months old.
How do you set it for old style conventional cruise control? I find adaptive cruise control annoying in that on the interstate, as you slowly come up on a vehicle, my vehicle slows down and follows behind. It does this in such away that sometimes this slowing is undetectable. So I then have to manually speed up, pass the car, and reset my cruise control. I’d rather just maintain speed and go around the car without this slowing down and speeding up B.S.
I have a 2024 XC40, just got it a few days ago. I don't see the feature either. I'll message back if I discover how to use this on our model years. If anyone else knows, I'd like to see a reply. Software version 2.14.4. The manual says, When you want to drive out from parallel parking, tap on Park Out in the center display's function view or equivalent button in the camera view. Use your direction indicators to select the direction in which you want the function to help you leave the parking space. Follow the instructions in the center display and be prepared to drive forward, reverse or brake the car. Remember to always pay attention around the car. When the system has calculated that no more maneuvres are required to leave the parking space, it is deactivated automatically. As the driver, you are responsible for making additional maneuvers if the circumstances so require. As the driver, you are always responsible for leaving a parking space safely. I must be missing something.
That is not a new Model , on the new Modells they changed from sensus to google which is a nightmare . And the activation of the pilot assist on the new models is now on the center display which is absolutely bullshit .
After one year from launch you can pay and reserve… and maybe get it after another year 😂😂. Completely disappointing - it became a Chinese bad joke 🤢. It had great specs… two years before you might be getting the 100k+ car (this is the price you can make the reservation for, at least in Romania) - complete rip of .
I have leaves and debris ontop of the sun shade when I bought this car. How do you have the sunroof all the way open with the sun shade fully closed so I can vacuum them out?
Hello, thanks for the video. I have a question about adaptive cruise control on XC 90 inscription 2022. Why does adaptive cruise control gets deactivated when car comes to a full stop in a traffic jam and after a few seconds once the car in front of you moves you will need to press the button again or push the gas pedal to reactivate the cruise control? Is there any setting that we can get rid of this annoying thing? Are all Volvo cars like this?
I just got a brand new 2022 xc60 awd b5... Worse car ever.. It feels like the transmisson is going to break down... The front head light washing nosel get stuck and dont retract. The front dash screen goes blank and you cant use sterio or air conditioning.. Do not lease or buy this car or volvo... You will be disappointed trust me
I just bought the 2022 XC60 B5/AWD Momentum about two months ago. It came with 19” Pirelli tires and technology package. I love it. Your dealer should be able to fix any issues you’re having. If they can’t, you are protected by the lemon law.
That is mostly bc of the android system that is new and with it tons of bugs. Plus those issues are covered by warranty. U should have gotten one from 2021 or pre android syatem got implemented. I hear after 2022 the quality of these got a little worse, which I noticed when i got a rental v60 2023 model. Where when u open the door the air vent is usually fully chrome and on the 2023 it was plastic and chrome only on top. So if they cheap out such little thing, I cant imagine where else they cheaped out
