I tried multiple templates that were considered “ATS “ friendly and didn’t get any responses. Somehow I found your video and tried it and I instantly got 3 different company interviews and a job offer under a month. I was shocked how quickly this format caught recruiters attention. I am super happy I found this layout I will always use it going forward. I also learned how to make changes to word documents following these steps I didn’t even know about. Def recommend this format to whoever is looking to land a job in this brutal 2024 job market.
