What was wrong whit the battery? Old connector looked ok, was i t loosing contact? Mine just cuts off at higher load and shows E6 before shutdown, Then I have to remove a and put back the batery to restart. Voltages on all rows sems ok, between 3.6 and 3.8V. Any suggestions? Thanks!
this is the product that have the worst quallity in tha world... I have migliori x7 scooter for 2 mounth and in that 2 mounts twice changed the battery coz battery have short life (nearly 1 mounth life), 4 times drive wheel blocks, changing to new drive wheel, two times changed tire wheel and electronic changed 2 times all this in 2 mounts... Tha same problem have all seris all my friends that have buyed. Im not satisfied at all.

And im waithing for 2/3 weeks to service...im not lie to y if u want i eill send you all service documents...from me and ppl who have same problems...today i send email to enginers in china to review prob for sells in south europe
A copy of Cecotec Outsider E-Volution 8,5 Phoenix both are made and design from china, almost the cecotec now is on 300 euros, but is not good scouter, poor aoutonomy, . problems with the screws
But it has the great advantage you can carry an extra full chaged battery to extend the play time and best of all, at a very affordable price !. Cheers from Chile, South America.
