I think the biggest tips I can give for lookahead are to always be looking for the next piece you're gonna solve while your executing the current step, and of course practice a lot. Using inspection to plan out as many steps as possible is also helpful.
my rs3m accumulates like dust or smth in the corner pieces really quickly which by itself is enough to absolutely tank its performance and especially slice moves. I've just been cleaning it out really regularly but it is kinda weird. Idk if this is problem is because of the UV coating or something, but have you noticed anything like this?
