I have been reading and watching blogs for years, and it feels like the more blogs out there, the less honesty the blog will be, that is where The no ONE review comes in, I will always be honest, as I put myself in your shoe, I will always pay for the service I receive, if I ever get anything for free, I will disclose that, my review will always be genuine and not affected by anyone who only wants to make money on the expense of someone's else comfort, cheers
The food was fine, a lot of varieties to choose from, as for the food poisoning, we haven't had any issues with the food at all we did well me and my wife and our 2 kids
I see you had a crib in your room so I assume you used a stroller too. We are coming in a couple weeks with a 10 month old and someone who uses a wheelchair. Are there enough elevators throughout the resort in open areas to make it easy to get around? In your video you show a lot of stairs and wonder if you need to hunt for an elevator?
Not the best hotel. The food and servers were not the best but I guess what can you say when everything is inclusive. But it is highly recommended if you have kids/family compared to other hotels due to the pools and kids play area
I like fantasia More, even though there was a cockroach next to the bagels ( good catch 🙂) there is just a lot to do in Fantasia compared to majestic for all the ages
Food looks amazing but there's a Cockroach running across the worktop to the left of the bagels at 21 seconds in on the video. You can thank me later for spotting this 🤣
@@thenoonereview Thanks so much for the response. I do not believe we will use the VIP lounge and the regular side seems to have just enough entertainment.
Thank you so much, we stayed in a Superior Room, we haven't tried the room service, but I would say it has to be phenomenal as all other amenities in the resort!, have fun when you get there!
Would you go here solo if you were 50 yrs old? :) Also I like the balcony rooms at Riu Peninsula where I could look at the pool as well as keep busy with the guest around the hotel. Are they any rooms like that at Uno or are they all ocean view? limited view.
I have heard that the Royal Uno is a timeshare. I just started going to MX. Is there any ropes etc on this property that I have to be aware of? I'm just a solo traveler. I liked staying at the Riu Peninsula.
@@thenoonereview gotcha just say no and no hassled then. I'll check into it. Looks similar to the he Rius. Be nice to move around hotel to hotel sometimes.
They have a show that starts at 9 pm every night, for the water activity the non motorized ones should be included, we haven't done any as at time we had our 3 months old with us
Do you know why the main pool is on 4th floor.? It’s called tidal surge during a hurricane. Which after cat 5 hurricane (Wilma) the original building was reopened after just 1 week.
Food wasn't great, only good food at the al carte restaurants, kids club is fantastic, not so much activity for adults though, the beach usually clear in the winter months the seagrass hits almost the entire summer
No, the only one I made with the hibachi restaurant , the buffet was so depressing I didn't take a video of it 😞, buffet isn't great but specialty restaurant are good
One more thing, the breakfast buffet was crowded most of the time as well, the only amazing feature of this resort is truly the kids club, if you have kids they will have fun
Thank you! We are going there in a week and I am trying to figure out the things we need to be aware of to be better prepared. I heard the quality of the drinking water is terrible and we are better of asking for bottled water. Do they provide that or there are stores near by we can buy water from? Also, is the food available only during certain times of the day? I think you said snacks are available from 12-6? Thank you so much!
@@anigaboyan2403 there will be bottled water in your room, and you can get water bottles from the Cafe, the snack bar had a big water container which they were filling cups of water for guests, we were only using the water bottles though, you will find food whenever you desire, breakfast buffet opens at 7 I guess then the snack bar then lunch buffet at 12 then dinner buffet at 6 plus all the restaurant at night all this included in the all inclusive package
Thank you, we went first week of December, and yes if the sun is not hitting the pool hard enough, it is cold, I couldn't handle it me or my 4 years old, beach water was cool, not as cold ... enjoy your vacation!
@@anigaboyan2403 sorry for not replying, no they are not, but in a sunny day the water temperature was good, but when it was overcasting, it was chilly for us, ocean water was ok, but again a little towards the chilly side
