Hey I've been going through the chapters like you have. When you say don't focus on the nutrition, does that include vitamins, minerals, supplements etc. ?
So I give you a compliment and you block wtf ? ...everyone knows why you got fake ( . ) ( . ) because you're going to quit lifting and start only fans ....good thing I never got to know you...shit personality
Love this video! I’m currently about to begin the last chapter then study for the exam. I’m definitely gonna use these tips 😇 Congratulations on becoming a CPT 💪❤️

It’s ok to be down, we’re human and we have emotion. Cry, scream, punch air. I feel it 100000% daily, and it’s OK! Also, amen on not being into casual dating! Come visit Cleveland!!! I’ll be your tour guide and host you!
literally dying at the entire first three minutes of this video 😂🤣 But girl I can totally relate, I’ve been in the same boat after competing in October and November, and also decided to hang up the heels for now. So just know you’re not alone! 🤍
RACHEL plsss keep making these. You have no idea how relatable everything you say is. You’re genuine and authentic and I need more of that. You are AMAZING girl. Ily ❤️
When you say the practice exam is not the same as the actual exam can you please explain a little more the difference because I find myself taking these practice exams thinking the actual exam will be the same.
@The Venomous Thank you! <3 I read the entire book. I then went back and printed out the study guides - went through the study guides and highlighted areas that I knew I needed a refresh on or keys words I needed to understand. i took tons of notes. I took the chapter quizzes for each chapter about 5-7 times until I got 80-100% multiple times. I also watched tons of videos on RU-vids on certain topics especially the overactive and underactive muscles. I downloaded the cheat sheet Rachel mentioned & I also watched a couple of the ShowUp fitness videos. I studied everyday for about two weeks and then took my exam. I took it the day before my deadline so I went through the whole book in 6 months with no pressure until my exam date - that is when I freaked out lol. It was HARD. Personally, the questions on the exam were not at all like the chapter quizzes but it helped a ton to go through all the chapters multiple times because if you have a good understanding of the topics - then you will be able to answer the questions. best of luck! believe in yourself <3
This is my second week of studying the CPT content, I'm studying on the laptop. Should I be studying the textbook instead? I've heard the exam is super hard so it's kinda got me stressing lol 😅
@@jbslifts1841 I was sooo stressed also but be confident! You got this! if you understand most of the content, you will be able to answer the questions. I did both, studied on the laptop and the book. It is the same essentially, so it's whatever works best for you! Don't stress it, take your time and go over the chapters that are difficult to you multiple times. Watch videos too :)
Omg girl! Someone told me on insta that our videos are basically identical haha I wish I had the will power and motivation to write all of those notes, respect!
