Hi! We are Andrew and Marty, newlywed filmmakers from Manila, Philippines. We decided to make a channel to share our passion projects and day-to-day lives. We LOOOVE coffee, cats, gear, tech, & food! Enjoy!!!
no it doesnt since the guitar does not pass there first. it acts as a separate effect. I ended up getting the Ampero Tuner Press. to guitar to tuner press then to stage. it now works perfectly
we still use this exact one! still going strong and the battery lasts for a long time!! we actually forget to charge it because it literally never dies! even being used everyday hahaha
Hello, which grind level do you use? I've been struggling with mine, since sometimes it takes too long to extract (I assume the grind is too fine) but I've realized it does it with a specific brand of coffee I bought at the supermarket... do you think supermarket coffee might be too finely ground? Thanks
the RF 35mm 1.8 is more like a 52mm f2.7 on the c70... and the RF 50mm 1.2 L is a 75mm 1.8, correct? what lenses did you get in the end for the c70? I looove the rendering of the c70, did you try the r5c by any chance? r5c with rf 50mm 1.2 sounds perfect, but can the final image look as pleasing as a c70? thx
yes due to the super 35 sensor it crops in that is correct. I used to think of it as a bad thing but there's just something with using native RF glass, everything about the image just looks right and feels very satisfying. I ended up buying the RF 15-35. and im really happy with it! it's like a mini 24-70 for the C70 I get a more or less 22-53mm. and it's PERFECT I haven't tried the R5C yet though!
Hello!! It's actually a pre infusion technique. Since this machine has no pre infusion feature , The only way to control the water flow is to manually divert the flow by 1/4 through the steam wand. So for 5 seconds we just fully saturate the coffee puck with low pressure before the full extraction.
Nice vid and workflow. Also nice grading ! It seems the machine can make nice coffee. Is it worth getting one for home use? Do you have any mods on Gaggia Classic Pro in this video? since people keep saying that it's not good if you don't have mods on.
Thank you so much!! 🙏🙏 YES it's really good for home/personal use. The only best upgrade I did so far was the VST basket. Night & Day difference hands down. I honestly don't need the other mods for it. Once you get a hang of it you'll be really happy with the results!
@@sleepygummy7816 that happened with me at first! experiment with the grind size. since you're getting sour shots. that's under-extracted coffee, so try this : - warm up machine for 15 mins when you first turn it on ( for consistent boiler temp) - medium dark beans are best for this machine. especially stock parts - finer/tighter ground size - extraction time should be more or less around 30 secs - (puck prep matters) are you using a tamper or distributor?
I feel the upgrades made a big difference in the cup for me. Especially temperature control. I was getting a lot of soloist shots even with a $1,500 purpose built espresso grinder. Along with puck prep, I installed a PID with preinfusion, a 6.5 bar spring, IMS precision shower screen and VST precision basket. I’m getting much better results now.
Thank you so much!! I came from the bmpcc6k and no regrets moving to the c70!! It's perfect for my shooting style. And the image just looks so good. Not too digital just pleasing to eyes ✨
You plugged the guitar directly or through DI? It sounds great. I have one of it and planning to buy another, to use one as playback requirement and another as master recorder in a live show. I like the H8 recorder, a lossless recorder.
Hey man! I plugged the guitar line from effects straight to the recorder. yeah sounds really good especially for some quick ideas you just need to record anytime!
I feel so honored to be the first comment. All of my hard work and dedication has paid off. Getting the top comment has been a dream of mine for many years, and i would like to thank those who have helped me along the way. Next I would like to thank my parents. Love u ma I made it
