I’ve never seen crossfire before seeing this clip, but I have seen the interview with Jon Stewart before. I think showing the whole episode just hammers home Jon Stewart’s points even more poignantly than just seeing the interview out of context. Thanks for uploading and editing it! :)

The best part of this entire video: 22:00. The question, then Jon's response. The stupid hosts basically answer the question for him by doing exactly what he says they do and the answer to the ladys question answered in real time, right in front of her. It made Jon look like a genius.

Colbert got it from Stewart. Infiltrating the apolitical system to expose just how dishonest the whole narrative framing both sides as equivalents is. The only difference is that Stewart was forthright about his intentions while Colbert used his fake Colbert Report persona with people none the wiser, thinking he's just another right-wing pundit.

Wolff and Tucker barely aged. It seems like John is aging for all three of them 😮. To be fair, him and his ilk have rightfully pointed out the hypocrisy, corruption, double standard of US politics for over 2 decades, and things just got worse. Tucker may have lost that gig, but arguably his career as a right wing grifter has never been better.
