Question. I have the clunk noise due to having my driver side end link being loose. Reason being is when i tried to remove it, the bolt were you put the 5mm hex key stripped halfway. So now the top of the endlink is half way installed lol. Is it still okay to drive? The passenger side is fine. And the driver side is not completely off, its just loose. I have an endlink on order but it takes a couple days to arrive. I’ve driven around the neighborhood but is it safe to drive further?
I have a question, install Teins, I ran for a week, everything was fine, but I decided to go more low my car I heard a clack clack on the driver side, only when I turned to the left, has anyone had this problem, thanks for your help.
i have an frs. mine did this. it made a sound when i turned one direction but it didn’t make a sound if i turned the other direction. i got new brake pads for the front and the sound completely went away
At 1:37 you would really want to check for worn out ball joint. At 5:29 the body shop lost your stock flange bolt & flange nut, strut bolts should be same length.
Hey guys! I just found out the culprit for the same sound of my 2016 frs. It's loosen bolts of the crossmember. Good thing I was not able to bring it to the dealer. It could have cost me thousands for replacement recommendations that aren't necessary.
So did you get rid of the sound? I have the sound, most likely from front but everything is tight. Dealer claim no issue, took it to local shop also said everything looks normal
My car doesn't make any clunking noise. Are you referring to the slight "thump" sound when you engage it from neutral to 1st? If so thats normal, all rear wheel cars do that. My BMW330ci did the exact same only louder. That comes from the differential housing bushing. If its excessively loud, you may have to replace it.
Kaneski ohhh do u know how to get up there by any chance? Or is the access just open like where r the stairs located n where r the stairs to the helipad? Srry for asking so many questions
ya it’s fine haha yeah you go to the roof level and then there’s a small walkway right there and if you go down there the stairs are there and just go up the stairs and that’s where it is
If you've taken off your metal skid plate, double check the bolts are tightened down. I had a clunk show up about a month after my header install and I noticed a few of the skid plate bolts had come loose.
like 120ish, i recently got in a crash. I got hit by someone else but its still considered "my fault" so it could raise a little. it all depends what package and company you get tbh
it's obvious that it was gonna shut down doing reckless shit endangering others, if you're the one plan a meet and gets shut down I bet you would feel angry too, SmurfinWRX got fined from the police because of others stupidity.
