i tried the survivors left behind mode today...what a disappointment. the mode worked ok last year (and i put a lot of hours into it!), but now that the zombies just stand there (running in place) for 3 seconds after you kill them, it totally makes it unplayable. do they not test anything for console? the fact that they do the same thing in the taego loot drops is mind blowing. how do you remove a fucking DEATH ANIMATION?! add to the fact that it took 5 minutes to get a game going, it takes way too long to get points to earn rewards, and the rewards themselves are just...underwhelming as hell...for me it's a one and done.
Do I need a computer or something? I have the Arkitect Structures Remastered mod active on my new single player Island world on the Series X, but can’t seem to find the proper items necessary to build all the components. I see some talk of INI, idk
Nice! I love this mode but did not know some of the things you mention. For example the reward thing i noticed like 3-4 days ago when watching gameplay from this mode. I'm trying to find tons of tips and tricks so i will be even more ready when the early access is out. Loadouts is a very good thing, did not know this either but it will save me time to just take a loadout rather then doing the same thing over again every time you die to fast and want to start a new round. Thanks for the great how to guide! I've been taking notes and following along and I am trying to build the habs as you have but...My airlock stairs either end 10' above the ground or are buried into the ground. How did you get yours perfect? :)
Cheaters found the best location to get good loot - Space City. Just spawn in with your hive of teamed squads.. run your cheats.. and wipe every legit player from the map so the one paying for your service can get all the best loot. Any legit player running G-Hub to rebind things like DPS up / down .. watch out ACE can't tell the difference between this and real cheating software so you use that .. 10 year perma ban.. support offer no way to prove your innocence or even have a conversation about the fact that it's clearly false positive banning legit players because it can't tell the difference between a keybind remapping and an actual Macro running. Meanwhile.. every Recon arrow you hear is a 50/50 chance being used to cover the fact the squad using it already knew where you were long beforehand and use this as cover to disguise their filthy cheating asses. We reported so many actual cheaters during the Alpha.. Can't believe people were paying real money to cheat in an Alpha of a game.. absolutely stupid and terrible indication of what to expect on launch.

the issue i had with the connection failed thing, was that my firewall was blocking it, even with exceptions and port forwarding, i managed to change my port to a slightly different one after resetting my firewall to default settings and making an exception upon running. (make sure you PF the port in UDP) that worked for me.
My game crashes every time I check out a cave, and unless I'm streaming the game on Game Pass I keep getting stacks of that stupid world save failure message
Love rewatching the live stream! Can fast forward during between gameplay. Sometimes when you are looting a death crate and do not pick up the pan, I start yelling at my phone. THE PAN!!🍳 Keep up the great entertainment! 🎉😂😎
