It is very nice to see our youth involved in great music and harmony. This song is a thing of beauty. Keep up the good work. Your choir is the first step to unity and great memories for these children.
Nice performance. [...] _I say love, it is a flower_ _And you, its only seed._ _It's the heart, afraid of breaking_ _That never learns to dance_ _It's the dream, afraid of waking_ _That never takes the chance_ _It's the one who won't be taken_ _Who cannot seem to give_ _And the soul, afraid of dying_ _That never learns to live._ Its the lass brave enough to sing, willing to stand-up and take wing. [...] _Just remember in the winter_ _Far beneath the bitter snows_ _Lies the seed that with the sun's love_ _In the spring becomes the rose._ ❄🌹
A most beautiful rendition of a much beloved song at Ferry Beach Conference Center Saco Maine US. We sing it several times a week after evening meals. THANK YOU!
@@huddersfieldchoralyouthcho3195 Thank you so much for you kind words! Best wishes as you continue to share the joy of music through your lovely singing, Don
Our Musical Director Alison North MBE performed "Love Grows Here " with another of her choirs - Lindley Junior School Choir and it was on national TV m.ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-22OBQw4qTyY.html&pp=ygUXTG92ZSBncm93cyBoZXJlIGxpbmRsZXk%3D She holds you in very high esteem! Thank you for taking the time to message us. It has brought a smile to the faces of our singers!
Just discovered this delightful video. Lovely singing - beautiful tone, phrasing and and expression! Hope you enjoyed learning and singing the song. Best wishes, Don
ok so when it gets to the if you slept in the rain part the way i was taught is "if you slept in the rain you get all wet doo-daa" not " if you slept in the rain you'd all get wet" maybe i was just taught different
That was spectacular! I send you 100 fold praise to make up for the parents of these awesome kids who are too disinterested to come to this channel and cheer for the awesome job their kids are doing under the direction of this fabulous choir leader!
Dear Choir Director, you are doing a wonderful job working with these lovely, talented children. The choir was absolutely brilliant singing this pretty holiday this song. The harmonies were beautiful. But I am scratching my head as to why your efforts and those of the children, along with your talents are not being rewarded by many glowing comments on each of your new posts which all of your combined efforts so richly deserve.
I loved the bits where the singers took turns, especially at the end where one note was held whilst the other singer sang the lower notes. That's real talent. Well done!
I'll be listening to this singer's performance again and again. You belong on Broadway, young lady! You have an absolutely beautiful voice.🔥🔥🔥✈🌉🗽🎭 A word to the wise: "A musicologist is a man who can read music but can't hear it." - Sir Thomas Beecham
