Seriously I enjoy your work outs, the only thing that worries me is that I have herniated disk and not sure if this sessions would damage my lower back or it won’t make anything bad to my back, but so far been doing it for a month and feel great about it,. From Queens NY
Not fan of wasting time like that. Worst system ever. Eugine had no chest, and his body today would have been an average gym goer, slightly lower fat percentage. No Chest at all.
This is perfect. I just finished week one, and I have to say this is great. Love the workouts. I find some sets more challenging than others which is great. It keeps me motivated about how much better I will be able to do enct time I repeat it. Awesome work sir !!!!!
