I love this dash and the way you do so much in one sheet. Where did you find the transparent block for your marks' shape? I just colored mine to match the background.
I just got back from writing my Tableau Desktop Specialist Exam and I passed. Thank you for making this playlist Anjul, it really helps in the final preparation and revision for the test!!!!! Whoever is looking to do the exam soon, please tune into this channel after you have finished training... YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!!
Thank’s a ton sir, Because of your channel videos I cleared my Tableau Desktop Specialist Certification. A humble request to you for making a series for Data Analyst certification as well 🙏🏻😊
Hi, thank you for putting your efforts in making these videos. I’m thoroughly enjoying the series. I have a quick clarification on question 9. Shouldn’t it be a multiple answer question? Because dimension is also blue and measure is green?
Thank you for this tutorial. But, is it possible if I want to create parameter by group? I have 4 (four) worksheet, such as sales, profit, return, and discount. I want to make group by worksheet. Group one is worksheet sales and worksheet profit then Group two is worksheet return and worksheet discount. Could you teach me how I can get it ?
Completed tableau desktop specialist certification today. Watched all your videos in this series. It really helped to clear the certification. Thank you
@@sivaranjani2758 Hey Sivaranjani, I took the exam a week ago it. It will be challenging if you don’t review the tableau documentation. With the assistance of these videos along with practice questions from skillscertpro i scored a 931/1000. (Questions on the exam are very similar to the practice ones so do pay close attention to the answers). Hope this helps! 😊
Hi Sir, I have one doubt with publishing a dashboard ---- if a tableau desktop dashboard connected with aws s3 bucket data, after publish the dashboard to tableau cloud, how can i share the dashboard for everyone on a webapp with any tableau cloud log in ? i will be greatfull if you can help me with this problem. Thank you
Yes it can as parameter can work across different data sources. One example of parameter working across multiple data source can be found here - kb.tableau.com/articles/howto/filter-multiple-data-sources-using-parameter
Appreciate your effort for sharing the details of practice questions, Recently got an interview for one of the user who passed the Specialist exam. It is available on the following video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dq8SsV4R94Q.html It might be helpful to the people are preparing for exam
This method is really very good... Can u show us how to format this kpi font and background with different colours to match them with the dashboard... Thanks again for the tutorial...
@anjulpathak , how can I bring the "Region" x axix label down and take the "Profit & Sales" axis up? In short, how can I swap the two axes position? Thanks in advance for your quick reply.
There is a swap button at the top tool bar which can be used to swap the axes. For understanding the toolbar & other basics you can watch this video - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-D3fMFQMslhE.html
Thanks to your great videos, I passed 899/1000. You rock. Are you on Linkedin? Now I'd like to prepare for the Data Analyst certification. Will you create a series for that next level?
@@GolusMUM96 Certainly not enough unless you read the articles with the links. I did not read them because I prefer video. But overall it was a great complement for preparing for the Desktop Exam. So kind of him to share them on publicly.
Thank you buddy. Not at the moment, but I will come up with it very soon. BTW if you are a regular Tableau user then clearing that exam is quite easy I would say.
Have added the correction for Q6 in the description as follows: Correction: Please read question 6 as following: 6. Which of the following are NOT valid objects when creating a dashboard in Tableau? Q9 is correct - We can add dashboard and worksheet to a story but not at the same time. It can be added one after another.
For Q9 the distinction is "Story Point" vs "Story". A story point is the individual page within the story which can only have either a dashboard or a worksheet. A Story can have both as they are on different "Story Points" within the same story.
Thank You so much for these videos. I will be taking the exam soon. Why have you not posted any recent videos? I think your presentation format is very helpful.
