Why you need to replace a lot and guard?? I don't understand
@_hyva_
@_hyva_ Месяц назад
@@arolimarcellinus8541 Guarding increases the Magatsuhi gauge slightly so you can get to use Omagatoki: Charge sooner, and I swap so much both to keep my demons alive, and because whenever you swap a demon in against the Demi Fiend that he has not seen before, he will get curious and rush forward to punch them. If you swap in a demon with reflect/drain physical, then he’ll hit them and waste his whole turn. This is done to prevent him having enough turns to use Gaea Rage. The only switches that specifically matter for their skills are the ones I do right before and after the Magatsuhi gauge charges again- Onyankopon to use King of Tales on the protagonist so he can guarantee a dodge, Baal who lets the protagonist use Omagatoki:Charge and has an innate skill that gives you an extra press turn if he is debuffed the previous turn, and Yoshitsune to hit Girimekhala since his innate skill gives you an extra press turn if you make an action that uses more than one turn- such as missing, or hitting an enemy’s null, drain, or repel. Then once you use Omagatoki:Charge, Kudlak with Safeguard to prevent press turn loss is swapped in on turn one so on his turn he can use Critical Wave and kill himself off of Girimekhala’s repel, maybe get an extra half turn with a crit on Pixie or Cu Chulainn, and most importantly activate his innate skill which fully debuffs the enemy team whenever he dies. Kresnik is swapped in on turn two because his innate skill fully buffs your party whenever a different team member dies. Lastly, everyone is swapped out to give the Nahobino all of the generated turns to go nuts.

@@_hyva_ that 1st paragraph...means if we summon demons not included in SMT3, he will attack it?? How come you know such thing??
@_hyva_
@_hyva_ Месяц назад
@@arolimarcellinus8541 No, it’s not demons from SMT3, it’s any demon that has not yet been on the field. His battle ai will make him want to test their affinities.

Is there any RNG to this?

Yeah, there is some rng to whether or not the Girimekhala or Cu Chulainn use Debilitate to activate Baal's passive skill and give us an extra press turn- though every time I've tried this exact setup, the enemy demons have used it. Setting up King of Tales on the Nahobino to give them +2 to attack while also not having any buffs to defense and acu/eva seems to make the enemies want to use debilitate instead of Dekaja. But even if they don't use debilitate, there's a chance for the Nahobino to generate two extra half turns instead of one if the enemy uses Megidolaon and the Nahobino dodges it. Even if that doesn't work, if you manage to crit with either Critical Wave on Kudlak or any of the Paraselene Blur hits, you will have enough turns to get the kill.

Chaotic Will isn’t really viable here since dodging will take their turns away without using 89 MP. I would swap it out for evergreen dance (for faster magatshui refill) or light pleroma for the increase light damage.

@@UnifiedGod777 I know- that’s why I didn’t use it. I just kept it on bc I only needed 7 moves for this build thanks to Onyankopon’s King of Tales, freeing the slot for Fierce Roar.

Impressive! I wonder how much damage Murakumo does compared to this (and thus you would use an Omatogki Succession build and then use charge to hold that effect)
@_hyva_
@_hyva_ 2 месяца назад
@@stormsand9 Thanks, I appreciate it! As for Murakumo, the base damage for Paraselene Blur is 600 plus the 3.4x modifier from Impaler’s Glory makes it deal 2,010 damage base. Murakomo on a crit only deals 340 base damage plus the x4 multiplier from Omnipotent Succession leaves you with 1,360, and that’s only if you get lucky enough for every hit to crit. Heavenly Ikuyumi is a little better at 350 damage with full debuffs on enemies x4 from Omnipotent Succession to get 1400 damage.

Fight starts at 2:00, everything before that is team preview if you're interested in recreating the build.
