Hard to believe ball joints will wear out in 500-1000 miles, either improper install or they are being excessively abused(not sure how), or extremely harsh environment. I didn't change them on my 2004 ram 2500 diesel until a couple years ago @190k miles. Even then only one was dry and loose. Those were the original from the factory.
I’m blowing through ball joints on 2010 ram 1500 6” lift every 5000 miles and ruin 2k sets of tires 37”. Just spent 8k on all new suspension upgrades and is still happening- truck is back in the shop- are these guaranteed for a certain mileage?
Seems kinda half ass if you have to undo the ratchet from the center of the hub. Good night if its covered in mud or the ratchets corroded. Maybe the R&D was done by the person who thought the welds were any kind of professional. You want it TIGed then tig the damn thing, don't put fake ass shade tree mig tacks all over it. As a company a lot of your shit is cutting edge. Sorry Im a dick on shit you did a year ago. Please send me a dominator for my 24 f250 tremor. Your pal George
How would you compare your ball joints to ball joint deletes with respect to running a Western Snow Plow. It seems like ball joint delete kits offer up a more stout system. What are your thoughts?
I need to ask just because no one else on this thread did. Payload is always important and when you take off or add anything to the truck it can be a game changer. That's a fairly light camper, probably around 1500lbs, but that suspension, winch and bumper, wheels and tires most likely took this truck to it's payload limit. Can anyone tell me what the weight was going into surgery and then coming out?
Her “adventuring” appears to amount to driving her vehicle somewhere mildly off road, and then setting up the filming set, shooting a little made up skit with advantageous clothing, and then in most cases returning back to home-base.
Very nice, your truck looks great! Kudos to shop owner and his tech’s for their patriotism! Old Glory’s hanging from the ceiling speaks volumes about that establishment!
With all you did the weight you added I guarantee your over the vehicle legal limit on its weight insurance is learning to check vehicles weight versus the door sticker
I’m glad to see you went with the 6.7 Awesome build. Carli suspension is on my to do list. First is Pusher pipes are sitting in the garage and just need time off work to install.

Why doesn't Carli offer a 4 link conversion for the Ford Super Duty? Wouldn't a 4 link offer better flex, better caster control, better ground clearance and better geometry overall?
As much as I love power & torque, how much do you really need, honestly? Going from 475 ->500 hp & 1050 ->1200 tq is really not necessary. Plus it's several grand you can spend on something else. With a little tuning & modification you'll get damn close to the HO power easily. Only thing is missing the 'liquid cooled' turbo which would be nice. If money was no option go for everything - HO included, but when it comes down to actual numbers it's really not necessary these things are super powerful to begin with. I'd spend my money on getting a (S&S Diesel)DCR pump & loosing the CP4. 2, so my fuel system doesn't need to be completely replaced when cp4 grenades itself. Much better money spent...deleting is always nice too, if you can get away with it, but it's hard & getting more difficult all the time nowadays. Hopefully things will change in a few months 🤞🏻👍🏻👌🏻🤔🛢️🛠️🔧🔩⛓️🚜🏗️⚠️🦺
Wow, bro did you get hurt by your mommy and now all the girls are bad. Its just a RU-vid video, I promise she won't hurt you! It's ok to switch teams, especially in this day and age. You can be whatever you want to be 🏳️🌈👍🏻👌🏻🤔🤦🏻♂️
My 2022 F350 also has the Carli suspension pintop system, but we went with the leveling version as we are running 35 inch tires and tow an 18,000 pound wheel. I can’t speak highly enough of Carli and I know you’ll enjoy years of great suspension work in your new truck.
I enjoyed the video. Looking to do a similar suspension/hitch build with the dominator on my 2024 F250. I enjoyed the perspective from the customer Dr. Hannah. Cheers!
We didn't hire a model to rep our gear; she reached out to us as she uses her truck to adventure and needed the performance we offer - no different than anyone else in our customer base. We didn't disqualify the opportunity to work with her based on her being a female in tights.
That was great but I would appreciate no music. It was really annoying after a while and I thought very unnecessary. Otherwise great job and truck was insane
Don’t listen to these fucking idiots.. they just want to sell you a. $300+ trac bar. With a 2-2.5” lift your side to side measurement is 1/8” off.. they make you think your gonna be 1” further on one side lol.. it’s an 1/8” for Crist sake… we have installed hundreds of leveling kits on rams and have never seen more then 1/4” and that was on some weird 3.5” level lift kit.. save your money… what a shitty way to sell you something you do not need until you get in 4”-6” lift kits..
