These basics were taught to me early on in my disability. But I find getting the sleeve up onto my affected arm to be almost impossible to accomplish. There had to be a better way.
I broke my tibia and tore my ACL in August of this year. I had surgery for my tibia in September and will not be standing long enough to take a shower for another couple months so I needed a chair for the shower. This chair is very sturdy and I’m never worried about it collapsing. It has also provided me with some autonomy because I can now shower alone without being nervous about falling. The arm rests make it super easy to stand up on my own and grab my crutches. The chair isn’t slippery unless a ton of soap gets on the seat but once it is rinsed it goes back to not slippery at all. This chair has been a life saver when it comes to showering, I would definitely recommend it. It is a bit large so make sure it will fit in your shower with enough room for you to move around. I still have to shower with my shower door open but that’s mainly because I sit with my bad leg straight. ru-vid.com_4Ia3gxIUZA
These are China garbage!! And if you notice it seems like they do not have it on a regular matress,it looks like it is on a very flat surface .. maybe a peace of plywood? I have one similar and I have not been able to get confortable laying on it,if you do not have it on a solid surface you can slide down on it over night,it is a constant strugle pulling your self back up on it overnight,it is pure torture. 🤥
i am 30GG with proper fitting bras that fit firmly round my chest. have just fractured my arm so like you say, there's no way this would work. pulling this bra around my ample bosom and getting the ends to meet, like in this vid, would be impossible. it's a stretch when putting on with 2 hands. back to asking the neighbour every morning!

This is a really bad idea. Not airproof - the vitamins inside become useless after an hour. Vitamines are ultra sensitive to even little oxigen. Studies even suggest that most vitamines are useless to take at all because they are oxidated too fast even before they are put in the pill bottle.
