As someone who lives in London (albeit in zone4) yes you can still datgame rather well here. The only issue is finding the right type of footfall. is there a free version? some apps lock everything behind a paywall even simple things like being able to message matches are locked behind a paywall. or is signing up for a paid membership optional but not required and can get results without spending any money.
I have had a lot of experience dating women from the site. Its mixed.. some want a lot, some don't.. there is a whole spectrum of what they expect. But I recommend avoid the majority of them it seems that want allowances or for you to buy them nice bags and lots of very expensive things, unless you are super rich and it doesn't matter.
