This is the laziest version ever lol, and I guarantee it won't be as velvety as a proper Bordelaise, but it seems to work if you're on a time crunch

For beurre blanc you should actually use 2 parts butter and one part gastrique, so the sauce is thinner

Whisking in that aluminum pan is no good hermano. Just mount it by swirling the pan. You could also use a stainless steel sauce pot, like what you did your reduction in.... to make your... sauce.

off heat is best bc the heat can cause the sauce to split once you introduce butter 😊
