This is an excellent video! so often there's never a follow-up of how it looks a few weeks later but this time you obviously waited to see the results and the end result was fantastic, what a great job!
@@mohdsyahiran41 can you email me please and I’ll put you in touch with our export manager who will help you get in touch with them Laura.malkin@allett.co.uk
Hey guys i need your help! I got a Allett Stirling 20" from a Dealer in Austria but i had one Problem: i cant adjust the 6 Blade Cartige without extreme Noise while the Cartige spinning in the Machine - uftly the dealer couldn't solve the issue too! If i do a paper Cut test like in this Vid it Cuts like in the video, but if i put it back into my machine its extremely loud! I read on this Video that there is a other method for the Stirling to adjust the Reel - this one: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-9N1Ig1h5IMM.htmlsi=rgy-oAhYLFRggU_q I wont damage my new cartige and hope for help, thx meanwhile!
@@ALLETTMOWERSUK aaah i missread it, you wrote in the Machine! Yeah i did that already too - but there is no difference between setting it outside the Machine or in the Machine! Regrind? the Machine is out of the Box and was never used once! 😒
@@grayfox87kurt26 it sounds like you are setting it too close to the bottom blade Back it off a bit each side if you are still struggling please email technical@allett.co.uk
Ive owned this model for around 18 months. My only gripe is the power to throw the grass in the collector could better. Maybe just a limitation with battery but its annoying to see clumps of cut grass falling from the collector back onto the blade and lawn rather than it being fired to the back of the collector. Its the same when using the other cartridges. Its not so bad if youre taking the tips off the lawn as its less dense.
@@1975Stevo hi Steve how often do you cut please? I scarified a lawn yesterday and it was doing the same but this lawn hasn’t been scarified all year and was seriously bad with thatch . These tools are for little and often so you need to aggressively scarify in the spring and then keep on top of it by scarifying regularly. In terms of cutting you need to be cutting at least twice a week if not three times and then the clippings are finer I’ll pass your comments to our quality team / engineers and see if it’s something that can be adapted
@@ALLETTMOWERSUK Hi Luke, i cut realistically once a week. Depending on the length my first pass is with my rotary Hayter then with the Allett. If its not that long then i go with the Allett. The frustration is mainly when i scarify or verticut. I guess there's a number of factors which cause this issue, dampness of the ground/grass, thickness of the thatch etc. Perhaps like i say it could just be down to those factors and battery power not having enough umph to throw the grass into the collector. (Bit like at 2:20 in your video)
@@1975Stevo Hi you are talking to Laura from Allett... You really need to be cutting more than once a week with a cylinder mower. Yes damp conditions will make the clippings heavier as well as if you have alot of thatch like Luke has in this video. Ideally you would really aggressively scarify in Spring and then use the spring rake scarifier every other week or at least once a month in the season- then you wouldnt have so much heavy material
Scusa ma man mano che taglia la ributta avanti e di nuovo viene rubuttata avanti fai vedere il taglio dell'erba dopo che sopra ci casca quella tagliata.
@@woodpecker80 they both have their pros and cons The hard ones are more robust if you are mowing in tight areas eg around walls The mesh are easy to empty and lightweight
Hey Austin! I found a dealer which sales a Stirling 51 for a Master Price which i will pick up this friday! One thing: the model is a 2022 one - the height adjustment goes a bit strange its quite between a view millimeters it goes easy and then a view mm harder - is this normal? 🤔
@@ALLETTMOWERSUK yeah right, its stiff but not all the time - its like: 2mm easy 2mm stiff and so on - no matter if i pull the back up or leaf it on the front roll its the same behavior 🤔
@@grayfox87kurt26 I would advise emailing technical@allett.co.uk Have you tried lifting the mower off the floor when you change the height of cut? By tilting it back on the rear roller? Sometimes if you have it set deep you can struggle to turn if it’s deep in the ground
@@ALLETTMOWERSUK it was not on a soil, it was out of the box & it was in the showroom! It was set on 30mm and was trying the lowest setting until down you need a lot of strength to turn the adjustment 🤷♂️ But i dont have the feeling this guys knows anything about this model 😅 expect the allet classic 🧐
