This looks super fun and creative! 🤓 I definitetly consider buying it! Vermute mal anhand deines Channelnamen, dass du deutsch sprichst. Sieht echt super geil aus und bringt richtig coole Vibes rüber! (If you are not german speaking - I am sorry ^^)
@@loekiszockerhoelle Hey danke!!! Freut mich sehr! Wir sind nun seit sieben Jahren am Werkeln und bald kommts endlich raus! Schön, dass es Dir gefällt!
Hello, will you guys put portuguese brazillian subtitles in the game? Brazillian people would apreciate so much, we love games with the same style like Ruffy and The Riverside
@@lucasemanoelbatistafernand6400 Yes, absolutely. The translation is already finished. It will come to Brazil! We got so much great feedback from Brazil, we just had to do it.
Can you make the hitboxes for the coins slightly larger, it looks kinda frustrating to pick up the coins. Especially on the section where you jump between grassy platforms. Maybe even make it so that when a coin spawns it has a bigger hitbox that slowly shrinks to it standard size.
this is still my favorite trailer somehow, it's just so chaotic and weird and honestly a little unsettling. i understand moving away from that feeling but it's just so unique.
@@zockrateslaboratories You can feel it, I come from a school that still does animation on paper and seeing current projects using this process is touching! Good Luck to you all
@@tanassin8918 Thank you! Yeah, the handdrawn animations give you full control about every single detail. Every facial expression, the position of the fingers, everything. It tales much longer but during this time you are free to optimize every aspect. So well worth the time!
@@zockrateslaboratories I believe you, I hope that this will greatly help the game stand out from everything that is coming out at the moment ! you made a risky bet !
such a great idea, with an original aesthetic. I hope to play it as soon as possible. I'm watching this video only to listen to this wonderful music. Is there a possibility that you publish maybe only the main theme before the game launch?
Can you please incorporate what Odyssey and BOTW failed to? That is independent x/y camera settings for 3rd person view, and 1st person aiming? Example: Many of us prefer classic “inverted” x (and sometimes y) axis camera control in 3rd person, but that shouldn’t also invert aiming in first person… so annoying to deal with in modern games. Older Nintendo games used to get it right. Like Wind Waker and Twilight Princess. Inverted camera, but when it was time to shoot an arrow, it you didn’t invert the aiming… lemme know if I can explain better, but I think you get what I mean. 😁
@@mrhobs I got it. I think we already have that independent settings for both modes since last week (really only made it just recently), but I just now took a screenshot of your comment and put it into our development chat, just to make sure. Thanks for the input - you are so right - nothing more bothersome than bad camera settings!!! Thanks!
@@zockrateslaboratories Hey thanks for the positive response, much appreciated, and that's great news! Cool that you passed along the message, but sounds like you guys were already on top of it. 😁 I can now look forward to this game with that much more confidence! 😃 I know you can't say anything, but hope it makes its way to Switch 2, ha! (Sometimes I leave several RU-vid comments and then wait a week or two to follow up, but here I am, thanks again!)
@@mrhobs That independent canera settings for main cam and swap cam are in now. The most tricky part was to make it easy to understand in the settings menu but we found a good solution. Switch 2? Totally yes!
@@zockrateslaboratories That's AWESOME!! Haha! 😃 [EDIT: I'm sorry, don't hate me, I got carried away... please only read if you have the time, heh.] 😅 So just to clarify even more than necessary, I'll describe my ideal invereted setting; Bascially when in 3rd-person view, you can tilt the right analog stick to the left and the camera itself will swing around left through space behind the character on the X axis, pointing its lens right, and revealing the view to the right of the character. Then, without changing any settings in the menu, when the camera is in 1st-person view, either to look around, or aim a shot, tilting the analog stick to the left moves the character's gaze/aim to the left. So pretty normal for almost everyone. (1st-person Y axis is more 50/50, heck even I'm not sure which I prefer sometimes. I guess more people like standard, but a fair number invert Y in 1st-person.) Frustratingly, in Mario Odyssey for example, if the X axis is set to inverted, it doesn't just invert in 3rd-person, you would also have to deal with 1st-person view bahaving as: Pressing the stick to the left, Mario aims right... that's just wrong for 99.9% of players! Ha! Same with BOTW! Motion control partially, and sloppily helps solve that, but its a little tricky. Anyway, this was compete overkill. (Is that horse dead yet? Ha) I love that you guys have already added some great camera options and found an intuitive way to implement them into the menu! (Actually pretty curious about that menu!) 😊 Good luck on the rest of development! What an achievement! Is this the team's first game? (I should probably do my homework before asking.) Looks amazing! Crazy soundtrack!! OH! And heck yes on the Switch 2 enthusiasm! Haha, can't wait!
@@mrhobs Hey there, now worries, so here is how we did it: You can invert both axes for each camera seperately. Your settings will be saved until you change or reset them. First we went with the approach that inverting the main camera could also invert the 1st person camera (or not, if you unchecked that), but then we saw, that this would not cover all scenarios - thanks for your inpuit here, so now it is fully customizable. Thanks again! Yeah, and Switch 2 - I wish we had that thing for a year already as porting for Switch 1 really definetlly harder due to the weaker specs (compared with PS5 or Xbox). Cheers, Patrick PS: Guess we need a discord soon for such input ;)
I am curious as to how versatile the Swap ability is. Are there limits? Can only certain properties/characterisitcs only be applied to certain objects? I don't think I've ever seen anything like this anywhere and now I'm really curious.
I love this man. Somebody had a beautiful imagination and I'm so down with the while vibe of the music with this art style and movement.... it's beautiful. Congratulations
I just saw the release trailer 3 years later . The fame got more lively and vibrate and all around better good to let this cook in the oven for a few more years the final release looks great!!
Its like a love story for early 2000’s video games. A bit of paper mario, a splash of crash, a jolt of ADHD. I love the sountrack, looks dope! Definitely will buy this, showed my brother, he wants it too, well done!
If this team ever puts out a game that could use some atmospheric Rompler based tunes with some fun drums, please sign me up!! 🎉❤ this style is so cool 😎
