@@edgekliq8435yo I got you so when going for this trophy the chest you are opening up in this vault has The Shield logo on it and is a silver chest. That is what's considered a strongbox. Once you get the material from the box pause the game and click return to quinjet repeat the process 50 times on the same mission I recommend keeping a tally of how many times you've opened it exactly.
