Landscape Management shares a comprehensive mix of content designed to stimulate growth and take our readers to their next level.

In 1962, James Nelson recognized an opportunity to publish specialized information for those in the new field of applying pesticides to outdoor environments. As editor of Pest Control (now Pest Management Professional), Nelson launched Weeds and Turf. Three years later, the magazine made a name change to Weeds Trees & Turf and carried that title until 1987, when the named changed to Landscape Management. In 1999, the magazine expanded from a general turf book, covering golf and sports turf, to one focused solely on helping green industry professionals grow their landscape and lawn care businesses. We serve this same audience-and purpose-today.

We took a demo of their machines, and the concept is great, but prices are ridiculous. A basic zero turn which cost more than a nissan leaf, come on guys start selling them at a realistic price and contractors will buy them.

Hey, I live in Crossville... Congrats on your new product. Cool. Each year I spend several long weeks (or is it months) moving about 2 truckloads of leaves off my couple of acres of lawn. For the past 3 years I've been using the WORX 800 ELECTRIC CORDED LEAF BLOWER. I use it with a VERY long extension for hours at a time. ZERO ISSUES. I love the thing and it was cheap! It's not even that noisy, but I do use protective 3m headphones. The Worx 800 also uses TURBINE fan technology delivering very forceful, high-capacity air volume Up to twice as fast as some pro gas blowers at an AMAZING 800 cfm. No, I don't work for WORX, LOLz. But, I do love their products!!! What is the CFM on your new Whisper Areo? I also have the Worx 600 Blower, and a Worx Cordless, but for serious run time, it's corded all the way! I'm typically moving piles of leaves 30' long x 10' wide x 3' deep > 50 to 150'. Come out this Fall and see how your product stacks up!

Yes,agreed. My tb 235 is 18+ inches. The 4" on the 335 would be nice for my line of work, which is cemetery work.

About the battery? Very much I have all the power I need with FSA135 , what I really need is more battery time, if this one takes more from the battery than isn't that good of an improvement.

Promising. But I've been to your site & 12 other sites, and I still cannot find out if it is corded or cordless. (I happen to want corded.) (I notice in all the videos so far that the back end of the device seems to be neatly hidden from view 🙂 )

2:00 minute, overhang isn't 8 inches on a comparable TB240. It's more like 18 inch overhang. And this machine is 3.5 inch overhang.

Too bad you can't fix the POS RMA 510 which has zero suction, leaves mohawks no matter the height and worst of all you don't have a high-lift blade for these garbage mowers!

It was released over four years ago and is quite dated now (leave it to American RU-vidrs not to explain what market they're talking about). On the other hand, the form factor and deck remain interesting and quite unique to this day, imho.

@@k.squared While it released about 4 years ago overseas, it's still Stihl's top of the line battery mower for professionals over there. They're finally bringing it over here to North America. It looks interesting, I would love to try it out for our business.

The 12” 20V homeowner saw is surprising for yard tasks. This 14” 60V saw is a big step up. I like the design of it. We got a pair of the new saws for our maintenance crew to use when working near homes to keep down noise levels. We already have DeWalt power tools. So already having the batteries made it an easy decision. They cut very well!

@jadonnoble5621
@jadonnoble5621 10 месяцев назад
I agree. I like the 7 iron deck and it has a good cut quality but mine seems to clump a lot in thick grass (especially when it’s wet). I have a scag vride 2 and it throws the grass really nice and doesn’t clump anywhere near as much. The 7 iron deck they are using came out around 2010 I believe so it’s definitely time to revamp it. I think the should widen the opening and get rid of the triangle support weld on the opening so it fans the grass better.
