Being vulnerable doesn't mean that u r weak, it means u r ready to accept the changes within u and around u. If u r not willing to be vulnerable, u r not willing to change or transform. And whatever doesn't transform or change, is as good as dead.
So right! My fun side is activated when I get the chance to go on an adventure. Playing on the water, enjoying nature and the outdoor camping. Unique every time.

Wooow, I am blown away.. it took me straight in my heart. For the second time in not even 1 year time I am home due to a burnout. I am looking to my inner self? How to take care of myself? What is my potential? How can I live my life to the fullest from the basics of life? I am curious to find out how to life full from essentials in life. Like a natural soap bar to wash hair and body like i started with.. how can i take this experiment, knowlegde in practice to life? Being your vulnerable self is extremely powerful and brave. You show yourself as you are, there is no mask to hide behind. I've found that being open and vulnerable makes my voice a bit shaky and my cheeks glow red, there is some shame to be this open I guess. But at the same time I find myself speaking my truth, saying things out loud that would otherwise remain hidden. And usually, those words are very wise and insightful, inspirational to myself and sometimes to others. Most people appreciate someone who can show their vulnerability because it is something we can all relate to. Yay to being vulnerable! :)
