Hey welcome to Wines and Tunes! My name is Matthew Fagin and this channel is dedicated to all things related to WINE!
In addition I have added some food pairings with recipes to go with some of the wines discussed.
I am a member of the Court of Master Sommeliers, and while that may seem very serious! If you get to know me you'll soon realize that I like to have fun and make wine approachable.
This is clearly demonstrated in my first book. It's not a guide to the fine wines of the world but rather an: adult coloring book and journal with stress relieving wine quotes, that are pretty funny.
The name Wines and Tunes comes from my favorite pairings with wine and that is with music at the end of day (usually 80"s) and maybe with a little cheese!
The plan here is to create a weekly video on wine how to as well as delving deep into the wine regions of the world.
Thank you!, on vacation and couldn’t find anything, didn’t even think to push it in the bottle, I used my thumbs tho and my index finger and it worked! Thanks! 😅
Thank you for this video series, Matthew. I am just starting my vine journey and I’m beginning with your Italian Wines tutorials. Your delivery is clear and succinct. Thank you for sharing your passion! Chin chin!
Wow man. You are my new favorite wine educator on RU-vid! Such a great sense of knowledge with an incredibly easy to understand teaching style. I will watch everything you put out! Thank you!
Given my experience with synthesis cab it's sadly will be as good as ever whenever you open it which is to say I really regret buying a case of that junk blind
Would it be nice if you have a gas line adapter directly to the pistole of the Coravin instead of those glaumsy expensive argon capsules? I have the gas line adapter wich I can use a 7kg cylinder of argon instead of 10gram capsules!
Love the education about the ports but cannot support the direction/inclusion of foie gras. The farming is beyond inhumane and is now banned in many places.
Nice video, mate! I was drinking a Merlot while watching this vid. But I like Port the most altough a Madeira is also very nice and also Portugese wine! It's a bit sweeter then Port and has a bit more alcohol then Port. A few years ago Port was very cheap here in Holland but now... You pay the prise!
