That’s all very nice, but how about explaining the why and the purpose and the difference why this is superior to basic operation. Or we are just lost in the tutorial and thus lost our attention.

finnally works. but i had to do some steps to correct the problem and some errors. first of all the only version that works is PYHON 3.11, second in the CMD.EXE i've digited this lines after PHYTON INSTALLATION : ********************************************** python -m pip install PyMonCtl python -m pip install PyWinCtl python -m pip install typing-extensions ************************************************** other thing i had to copy the folder of the sciptt in : C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python311\Scripts\ and i had to ADD a "SETTINGS "folder in the same path of the to PY script. (it seems necessary i dont't know why, if not some errors appears ) so the full path is: C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python311\Scripts\obs-zoom-and-follow-master\settings after that in OBS STUDIO i've set the Python intallation path : C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python311 and i've called the script. ************************** in other tutorials someone copied also the script in : C:\Program Files\obs-studio\data\obs-plugins\frontend-tools\scripts\ but i've deleted from here still works.
I can't seem to get this to work. I get an error on line 1033 saying SyntaxError: invalid syntax and it won't let me use or load the script in obs. Tried other guides and no help
FYI this does not work on iPad at all. You have to get Gboard and when you're in one app and you hit the microphone it flips you over to the Gboard app. Once you stop talking it sends you back to the original app, say Google Docs. And you can't use your voice to do corrections. So it works exactly the same as dictation built into the iPad. Just putting this here to save another iPad user some time that I wasted. Also Gboard will send anything you type in it to Google. Including secure stuff. Security nightmare.
This is not SIMPLE you have to have years of doing things on OBS before you ready for this.. I just want 1 camera 1 backing tracks 1 mike 1 guitar and making music video.. There has to be a simpler way.... I have everything and yet i have no idea how to start making a NOT SO PROFESSIONAL music video that will come later..You don't start with running the Marathon first you have to learn to walk first..than Practice agian again and again..

Punctuation commands work fine for me but telling it to make a space or new line or line break have never worked once and it's extremely aggravating , it brings the apps rating down five stars in my book

I needed software with which I could screen capture and show/highlight figures, photos, charts, etc., while explaining social security nonsense. For instance, Social Security uses gibberish words and phrases, such as a "rolling sixty-month period." To help explain, I need to highlight phrases, numbers, and sentences. I need OBS. That being said, I tried numerous other tutorials before yours and they were utterly worthless. I will use OBS for my next video on the Disability Granted Channel about Social Security's "Trial Work Period," which truths and falsehoods will soon be highlighted on the Disability Granted Channel using OBS - thanks to you. Wish me luck. I think I can do it.

When using the VBA + macro timer, when I select the text box and then run the macro I get the error, "**ERROR** - Maybe nothing is selected?". It will appear over the text and will run correctly, however it does not replace the text as it shows in your video, the 00:00 text is still there and makes it hard to read. How have you got around this?
