Trying my hand at all kinds of crafts.....painting, wood blocks, decoupage, t-shirts, tied - blankets, canvas art, embroidery canvases, foil art, book folding, image transferring, and so much more.....
When I was a kid (last century 😁) chip packets made great shrinkies. I think the problem now is that most packets are lined with foil. The old packets were just plastic, so they shrunk well.
Hi Wanda6308. Thanks for subscribing! I have quite a few videos about decoupaging with napkins. It is a fun process. I plan to do more videos soon. Stay tuned! :)
I believe I found it on Pinterest, but it could have been elsewhere online. I saw that someone else had made one, and I liked it, so I made my own. I just printed off a rough black and white picture of the original, then I did the tracing around it. So easy. You can do it with almost any image, although if there is too much detail, it gets harder.
Love this video! There are so many on the internet and yours is the only one that shows you how to do it to get the bags to look flat, keep its color and was short but highly informative! Kudos to you crafter! Keep up the great work! 🤩
Glad it was helpful! Sometimes it takes a few tries, but in the end, it is totally worth the effort. Hope you can make some good ones with your favorite treat bags. :)
I agree great video. But there are numerous videos out there now showing step-by-step how to do it in the oven with parchment paper and a pan on top of it to keep the shape. They also tell you to wash the bags out with soap and water and thoroughly dry them. They also say to bake them at 350° to 375° for about 10 minutes.
@@jennifersaunders1979 Yes, I watched some of those, and I tried it a few different ways before I got these to work. Different ovens could bring different results too, I suppose. If you've made some, I'd love to see them! :)
