About being "straight Up" - can you share the research data that suggests the vaccine is safe? And for that matter effective? It literally does nothing for anyone to protect them from getting the disease (fake cold/flu) or hospitalizations. Show me the data. Your Booyyy Fauci couldn't. I use my sit down scooter as my mobility ride. I am disabled and hang my disabled placard on it. Is it still illegal? (I think it is the same as a motorized wheelchair that is not expected to ride in the street.)
Why Do People Hate Sacramento? I was Born and Raised here and i Still live here. I Traveled to Plenty of Other Cities, And Sac is The Home Vibe, Chill Big Town, With Plenty of things to do. 2 Hours Away From Everything. Yes i Agree, It Can and Should Improve With more Fun Things to do, But its Not as Bad as Exaggerated
If they can't afford to pay rent they most likely don't have backup money and won't have any money coming in for several months but still have to pay their personal bills. How do you expect them to not only pay the back rent and the new rent when they are already in a hole caused by the shutdown? That's just as bad as giving people $1200 then forcing them to shut down for 2 or 3 months. Does not compute.
I don't know that it makes sense to always require scooters and jump bikes to be parked at a bike rack -- there are still parts of midtown where you have to walk 4-5 blocks to get to one. Just make a rule that they're out of pedestrian walking areas -- leave them along walls outside building entrances or something; some convention that's easy to remember and useful to everyone.
I don’t know why this is being recommended now? I moved from here three months ago and I couldn’t be happier. The police have no power and crime is a joke. The homeless issue is getting out of hand, you can touch the American River even though people stupidly still do given the hepatitis issues from homeless using it as a bathroom and used condoms and needles have been found in the river. People are allowed to protest Kings games forcing little children to be disappointed not being able to see their first game. Why was it protested? Because the brother a individual that was shot and killed who had absolutely NO relationship with his brother was allowed to disrupt city hall meetings and created a go fund me and was able to con people out of $250,000, however, Sacramento had no intention of keeping the peace and making the protesters protest elsewhere that didn’t disrupt life. Sacramento SUCKS!! Read the daily crime activity for SacPD, 95%, the “investigation is still open” because there’s not enough cops. Stay away from this crap hole.

I'm happy to see this happen on the very route of my commute (P Street). The first couple days were a bit ragged as drivers were confused (some drivers were still parking on the curb, yet others were impatiently using open parking spaces for passing after spots opened up after 5pm, and a cheating driver in the bike lane almost hit my car after crossing 9th Street where car traffic goes from 2 back to 3 lanes), but these last few days have been much smoother, and it seems like the pace of car traffic is unaffected while bicyclists remain better protected.
All the touristy type shit is downtown. Niggas got jobs downtown too. I worked on K street (quit exactly last month) and I met hella foreign people that I ain't ever met elsewhere in Sac. Also you know white folk/foreign people ain't tryna go to no damn hood 😂😂😂 shit I ain't even trying to either
