Amazing video Derek! Seriously appreciate the free content; many people don’t give this much value let alone for free!! I want to add something to your comment about finding contractors and also ask a question if you don’t mind. You can go to Wawa/gas stations at 5/6 in the morning and usually that’s when most contractors are fueling up for the day. These are usually landscapers, but regardless they are always interested in more work. I figured I would try and add some value before I ask a question. How do you vet these contractors? I understand you can see the work these guys are doing in person, but you don’t see how their work holds up for 2/3/4/etc years. You also don’t see their backend; how professional their cost side is, how responsive they are, etc. How do you typically make sure these subs are trust worthy? Once again thank you for the great content!
