In the USA we usually start quilting in the top right corner whereas it seems in Europe you begin in the left lower corner. Is this a correct assumption?
I like to start quilting on the bottom of the quilt :) on my domestic machine. When you work on the long arm you start at the top, the rulers work both ways.
I notice that accuquilt dies are set at an angle, and elsewhere I’ve seen they set the die sandwich at an angle as you wind it through (if the machine is wide enough). I’ve wondered about this and conclude it is to protect the rollers of the machine from receiving the die edges in one line, pressing I N the same place all the time, but rather they load the rollers in a spiral, because if the angle. Perhaps this preserves the life of the rollers? I notice you are not doing this. Do you think it matters? Thank you

Maar ik ben Angela .Wat fijn eindelijk eens een keertje een Nederlands filmpje bedankt ik ga het meteen uitproberen. Ben al een tijdje bezig en ik heb dezelfde naaimachine als jij.
I ordered the feather ruler and it arrived with one tip broken off which happens so I was not upset but when I was ignored when I wrote to ask it be replaced and I would return this one if they wanted me to or send a picture, nothing.. So, I'm out the money and the ruler and I really wanted that one badly. I'm not purchasing another one but it's really a shame they did not make good on this one. Oh well, live and learn.
I am really disappointed in the fact l haven’t been told how I can buy this ruler . It shouldn’t be advertised if customers don’t get the insight of how to purchase this item.
Find someone with laser cutting/engraving machine in your area, and ask them if they can make it. It's fairly simple this template can be made out of acrylic. Cheers!
