Warlock I feel is pretty boring. Juggernaut while good is hit or miss. I have terrible juggernauts(literally just ended a game). I call these players meta bots. So juggernaut is a great pick if you do know the hero
What do you guys think about the patch?!! I am having SO MUCH FUN! Bonus Heroes: Position 1: Tiny Position 2: Storm + Necrophos (his level 1 passive seems interesting and you can also get Ghost Shroud on 2) Position 3: Centaur Position 4/5: Weaver ALSO: Don't forget to join our community! dotarollercoaster.com/coaching-program/
Situationally really good if you play against a good matchup. My only concern with these heroes (as I razor/viper player) is that they lack a lot of catch, in a mobility meta
Broodmother is a very good pick against some of popular mid heroes such as sniper, zeus, kotl, puck, but you will have a hard time against heroes that can kill your spiderlings such as primal beast, lesh, kunkka. Phylactery feels very nice, you can even rush khanda to nuke supports, or you can go for orchid, both builds feel great.
My only "problem" with broodmother is that she is not your classic midlaner. So, you can be a great brood player, but a terrible midlaner. The otherway around as well. She is in the cheese category. I hate to play against her as most of us lol
Like most of the heroers in the midlane. Puck, Qop ain't that far easier to be honest. But as mentioned in the very beginning, midlane is not an easy role
It is under situations. For example, Razor wins mid but if I play versus a Puck for example like I did yesterday, then...well he didn't die even if I won my lanning stage
Hi Jeff, why did you stop posting full games of some of your more interesting games like you used to? I know you do record them bcos you post clips of them sometimes, so why don't you post the full games as well? 😅
Yes, midlane is a rough role...But it doesn't have to be that hard. Just join our small community by appying at dotarollercoaster.com/coaching-program/. Get coaching, make friends and improve by having fun! See you in our discord server! Jeff
10:55 I use cogs more for pushing then trapping. This is a big one. Especially pushing into the direction of your team or tower. Hook stun gives enough time to decide direction.
Lifestealer is able to play into any carry match up in this patch. On top of that, skadi doesnt work into rage. Morph doesnt have enough damage to killl Lifestealer in rage and he is able to kill naix only if he is 1-1.5 slots ahead, which is pretty rare
@@satriosatriosatrio No carry this patch can handle lifestealer. There are some that might do decent like Razor or Broodmother mid as she gets fast orchid/hex
Kinda surprised you didn't mention Luna at all. She's a great general 2nd phase pick, nothing counters her that hard (she also doesn't really counter anything) but you can follow a pretty basic formula to hit your big timings and just win the game around 25 mins pretty consistently if you do it right
Luna is simply a team based hero. You farm 3-4 items by minute 25, take a fight try to win. If it works out great, if it doesn't things are rough. Also, I think what you mean is that despite the struggles luna might face she will find her farm. But luna has infinite counters. She literally sucks almost against all carry matchups
Not really, mate. I'd even go as far as saying that she's overrated. It's because she has no utility, if she doesn't snowball early on, she has no hope in being a great late game carry like pa, sniper or drow. And even during the mid phase of the game where she's supposed to be at her strongest, all you need to do to counter her is just by simply buying pipe and magic resistant items, heck even euls and force staff are effective against her.
My go to build for troll is quelling blade->wraith band-> phase-> maestrom-> shard-> morbid mask and then I start building whatever items directly counter the enemy Usually a toss up between diffusal for spell casters, silver edge for break, or abyssal blade for all around shut down
I like wraith band-> Treads -> Fury -> SY -> BKB -> Adapt. If you for the other buildl, Null instead of wraith band is really important especiallly for you that you for the maelstrom build (which you can go if you play vs high armor heroes llike TB, Naga, DK, etc).
Never did i go for maelstrom it's mana problem and early on u dont have much attack speed to proc for maelstrom. But that doesn't mean u can't build maelstrom. It's a preference and circumstantial.
@@yusefllapitan4982 maelstrom doesn’t have mana problems, there’s no active on it. It’s just there to farm. I also max the passive so attack speed isn’t an issue. Usually maelstrom and shard are there for early team fights because when you use your ult you build attackspeed fast and throw out extra axes that can each proc lighnting
Despite drow being a challenge aka be late in fights, AM is brainlelss as last pick. Razor, Troll and Lifestealer are almost Wraith King level if not easier
You claim that these heroes are good even if you're brainless but you're giving terrible suggestions. It's so easy to feed with Drow in low mmr, positioning is not the strong suit of low mmr players, Anti-Mage is a terrible pick as you dont usually have the last pick and if you have a bad lane, low mmr players will have a 20 min bf and feed. Razor is hard hero to master as well. A good hero for low mmr players are not the strongest meta heroes, but the ones who are easy to master end execute. Example of these heroes are Luna, Naix, Medusa, Sven, Ursa. Until 6,7k mmr it's much more important to know your hero than to follow the meta, people are picking random shit in those games anyway.
1) Drow is slighty challlening 2) AM (as mentioned last pick), is a free game. Nothing to analyze here. 3)Razor is a hard hero to master, if you compare our skill difference with Ammar, Crystalis or Marline level on the hero. But razor is NOT a hard hero to master. It is way below average.. 4) Lifestealer/Troll are literally no brain heroes I think what you are saying is that "simpler" heroes (ursa is not simple due to his laning being really questionable) like Wraith King, Lifestealer will grow you which is an idea. But having a second phase or even last pick gives you responsibility over the game of what you'll pick. So, you need to always have bigger pull

I agree with all the list except for venge. She has no business being in top 5. Treant belongs there instead of her without leveling up living armor early on, maxing vines and leach seed first, rushing shard min 15.
Come good results with treant and I totally agree with everything you say in here. My only "problem" with treant is that there are too many mantas + bkbs that make my ulti a bit rough to pull it off
Definitely, it's a solid build! Make sure though you itemize in the mid-game so you will not die, as Venomancer tends to die frequently due to lack of mobility
By the time his level 3 power spike cones online laning stage is already won or lost. Usually Oracle is not the strongest later On top of that, not every game is a good Oracle game and you get to first pick sd support so... It's a gamble. And gamble ain't winning you MMR
As an oracle spammer this response is spot on. The hero is good for sure and can luck into some really good lane counters such as against ds or et or wind BUT the hero is very level dependent and often needs its first time to be a defensive one as good enemy teams will have a core that can jump and hunt for you. The biggest issue as mr streamer said though is his laning isnt too strong, his right clicks are just too weak and his spells while good come later levels arent great early on
I've been having a lot of success with venomancer. Max wards and sting is so strong you can jungle almost as fast as a Chen and get a fast Mek to snowball the game with your team
