My paintings are often about landscapes both real and emotional. To me abstract implies that the viewer is not going to understand the work and is not expected to - what is exciting to me is that people who love my work bring something of themselves to the creative process, because it is how they engage with their own imagination when they look into a painting that then completes the work. I am impressed by your Dreamliner practice of painting and yet Work back in and use Thinners and walnut Oil to make some kind of transformation as a process of everything touching and changing everything - elements of layering and the glimmering through and the Creation of mystical textures of Deep Water and all processes of transformations in Nature 🍀💚🪲
I truly feel joy when watching your paintings and dreams of place …… and I wonder how you work with oil painting and yet so fluid ….. do you use Water soluble oil paints or? Just curious 🎶🧡🎵🎨🧡🧡🧡
Was wondering the same myself 🤔 wonder what medium she’s used to thin out the oils.. unless it’s acrylic paints watered down, & then uses oil in the later stages 🤷🏻♀️
What a beautiful video of your extraordinary work. Its ethereal - I felt like I was visiting a whole different world. Thank you for sharing with us. Very privileged.
Wonder if you should take the work outside when you are sanding it. The dust remains in your studio even if you wear a mask when youre sanding. I use flake white, cadmium yellow, etc etc etc. Thanks for the vid - interesting.
