Imagine a sequel where the first quarter of the game they find the Ahura and discover in the very tomb of the epilogue there’s a tome which contains the power to defeat Ahriman. When the Prince and Elika find this tome, they learn of an artifact hidden in 6 temples across all of Persia. The next 2 quarters of the game involve traveling across Persia to find the 6 pieces, only to obtain the Dagger of Time. In this more ancient and powerful version, they then use it to travel back before Ahriman fell to discover a weakness. In the last quarter, they learn that Ahriman was good originally and close friends with Zurvan, god of time. Zurvan saw into the future that Ormadz would one day alter the balance of light and dark by killing Ahriman and forcing his tyrannical godhood upon all of Persia. Zurvan saw in this same future the spirits of a young prince and princess who embodied the balance of order and chaos. Zurvan created and hid the dagger for them to eventually find. However, Ormadz discovered what he saw as his fellow god’s betrayal, and in his anger he killed Zurvan. This too was seen by Zurvan, and he struck a contract with Ahriman bound by another god, Mithra. Mithra is shown to be the one who wrote the tome and other religious contracts and documents. There’s a montage of Ormadz becoming completely power hungry and destroying the other remaining gods (there were 12 in total originally), including his brother Ahriman. The contract allowed Ahriman to return to life with the power of the other 10 killed, but he would have to kill his brother, Ormadz. This caused him immense emotional suffering, and nearly broke his spirit. As the only remaining god, he was self-imprisoned until the appointed time, guarded closely by the Ahura. The chaos he created was intended to reach a boiling point at the time of the first game and bring the princess to completely kill him. However, at the end, Ahriman’s anguish of what had transpired broke him, and he too wanted the ultimate power. Thus he betrayed his contract with Zurvan and the 2008 story takes place. All of this is told in the last quarter of the game, mostly in the past as the 2 humans are thrust into the midst of an ethereal civil war. The end of the time travel has the dagger depleted of its power to send the 2 back to the present time where they rise up to fight, and forgive, Ahriman. In the post-credits, we find a new king and queen on the throne, with the Dagger of Time resting on a pedestal in front of a large hourglass filled with sand. The 12 have been defeated, but their power has been “blessed” to the 2 royals evenly. Over 1000 years of descendants, the magic has waxed and waned. 1000 years later, however, through a forced incestuous relationship that blended the powers of Ahriman and Ormadz, we see a young baby boy being swaddled and given the name Jaffar.
After playing the 2008 game just now, making it the main backstory lore for the next games just sounds right to me. Next games characters would be the royals' decendants. Immediately thought of that. WHY HAS THIS NOT HAPPENED. Instead they dropped this masterpiece of a story

Arrogance and Ignorance are both traits many jedi's have Master Yoda and Obi-Wan said in episode 2 in a talk with kenobi mace windu and yoda and I quote: (Obi-Wan my apprentice has still much to Learn his abilities have made him well Arrogant) (Yoda Yes A trait more increasingly common among the Jedi, even the older ones with far more experience) and here a example of Ignorance in episode 1 jedi didnt believe the sith returned but two jedi obi Wan and qui gon did tell them about that they didnt believe them only after qui gon died well done Jedi.... Really i hate the Jedi for that the only jedi Order who's better is the one Luke Skywalker build from scratch for my Opinion i would join the Sith as a Dark Lord Darth Fexar 🔥Joined the Dark Side 😈
I hear different things tbh 1. Finishing the last quest of killing Lucien 2..Performing the Brightwood Tower quest at any point after the dark seal quest will reverse both the aging effect and the glowing eyes. 2. Donating to the Temple of Light or sleeping in Castle Fairfax (after the quest is complete) will reverse the aging effect (wrinkles, grey hair, etc), but not the glowing red eyes.
At first I was like “Why are people complaining about this 4th VR mission?” Then at the end I had no repair paste, no grenades, no rockets, absolutely nothing at all, I was on about 40 health when I killed that Grad.
The jedi aren't arrogant. In fact, it is a core principle of their code to not be arrogant. Sure, indivdiual Jedi can be arrogant but that just makes them bad Jedi.
It is arrogance and pride like that which caused the Eternal Empire to kick the Sith Empire and the Republic’s butts to begin with, and at the center of it all was the Jedi, the Sith, and the useless bureaucrats and politicians who were doing everything they could to keep the people who were actually trying to make a difference bogged down, preventing any sort of meaningful progress or compromises, all for the sake of their pride, ambition and misguided ideals. We have seen this kind of arrogance in the Jedi Order more than once. We saw it when the Jedi refused to send their fighters against the Mandalorians who were plundering and marauding their way across the galaxy with impunity until Revan stepped up, and we know how that worked out in the end. Furthermore, we see it again when, for one thousand years, the Jedi failed to notice the regrowing threat of the Sith Empire, allowing it completely reconstitute itself with new strength and ferocity, ultimately being taken completely by surprise when the Sith returned 300 years after Revan’s time. They had one thousand years and they utterly failed to seek out and locate the remnants of the Sith Empire, turning a blind eye to any and all signs until it was way too late Finally, there is the last example of the Jedi Order’s weakness which I believe everyone is well-acquainted with: Order 66. From the day Sheev Palpatine became the Supreme Chancellor of the Republic to the waning days of the Clone Wars, the Jedi failed once again to see a great and dangerous threat to the galaxy until it was way too late. For 13 years, the most evil person in the galaxy held the highest office in Republic government, pulling the strings on both sides of the conflict during the Clone Wars while the Jedi were absolutely clueless to the reality of the situation. After 13 years, all of the violence, intrigue, manipulation, treachery, and betrayal culminated in the downfall of the Republic, the rise of the Galactic Empire with Emperor Palpatine/Darth Sidious at its head and the execution of Order 66 which resulted in the mass execution of Jedi across the galaxy and the destruction of the Jedi Temple and its Jedi inhabitants on Coruscant, marking the fall of the Jedi Order, any and all remnants of it being hunted into extinction. Say what you will about the Empire and the Sith, but the Jedi are just as much to blame for their failures as the Sith are.
I remember playing as Inquisitor in my first ever playthrough in SWTOR more than 3 years ago. It was magnificent times. Now I want to refresh memories of one of the best class stories in The Old Republic with this video. Thanks! And nice choices btw)
