True, I have been using 'oil-then- lotions' application and lemme say its my favourite self care routine!! ❤️ It did spread easily and evenly, it also absorb quickly and leaving my skin glowy and fresh 🤗 I am so glad with this self care, I want to maintain them ❤️

I too realise that my acne was a result of emotional trauma, it makes sense now. No amount of exercise and eating healthy helped cleared it but wheb im stressed or going through emotional pain, unresolved trauma (child hood), it really causes me painful breakouts. Appreciate the experiment, gonna start using body oil cos I've seen videos talking about how it helps lock in moisture. Also, appreciate that at the end you acknowledge dudes are watching these videos too... too many skincare videos where the girl just says "hi ladies" and I feel left out

This is really how i pike to do my makeup. I've not been wearing makeup for almost a year now, and if i do i can only wear powder foundation because i cant bear to wear too much foundations. Was looking for a way to still be girly and "coquette" without wearing too much makeup...

I use 2 sets and buy extra rollers on the remington online site because i like all bigger rollers and they're cheap and 2 sets fit in your suit case no problem.
Overdosing Zinc and Vit. A for longer period of time will ruin Your health. It is toxic, dangerous for Your liver, kidneys, pancreas, immune system and if You get pregnant, your child might be very severely impacted, if it will survive... Excess Zinc and Vit. for a long time - is a way to get yourself a cancer, or a few.
This was a great video;) I did see that another influencer with oily skin uses this as a step to prep skin for makeup:) I definitely will have to try this! I have combo skin with hormonal acne breakouts, I’m hoping this will make a difference!

I put oil first and then moisturizer and my skin feels just fine. Recently i was told it was supposed to be the other way round and I tried it but i just didn't feel as mousturised
