i am always amaiZed on how much of this old gear is still around and how loveingly these machines are kept after.

I think it has had a couple of modifications, the magneto drive is non standard for 1913, it should have straight gearing. The striker arm pull down arrangement is not standard. Its a nice runner do you have the serial number?
