The fact his first response wasn’t “I’m sorry to hear that” and was instead once again trying to play victim says everything you need to know about Boogie.
Not really, no. As time went on and the mask began to slip, it became apparent to most people that Francis was the real persona while Boogie was little more than a simulacrum.
Boogie never actually apologizes for anything. He’ll do the quiet voice and the defeated poor little me act, but it’s nothing more than an attempt to deflect blowback by making it appear he’s “sorry”. And like richardjared960 said, Mutahar wouldn’t accept it.
