This is the first time I've come across a video of yours. I loved it! The gentle tone of your voice, your choice of background music, and your Reiki practices were so very soothing. @AlexSann-gj2uw No worries! It helps to direct energy for certain spots of the body, increase energy flow, and seal up the energy at the end of the session. In a distant reiki session I would place it at the crown when it's over and disconnect. The symbol is a great one to use. There are others, but this one is simple and easy to use.
I have one video planned for that style for next month. I don't like doing that style because I get uncomfortable and can get you guys more crystal energy in this style while I send Reiki.

Hey Kyle! I know the book spells it Casual body but I think it might be referring to the Causal Body, which is a common term that comes from Vedanta. You can check it out on google to see if it matches.
I always do cho ku rei at the end unless I happened to forget, but in this video it is at 23:53. It's nice to change things up with what crystal I am using.
