Lucky there wasn't any heavy rain or those canyons would've filled up really quickly with fast flowing water. Not something you'd want to find yourself in.
You went down a canyon without even a backpack.... you're so lucky nothing went wrong. There's a rescue operation in the Blue Mountains every other day on average, with the most serious incidents most likely to happen in a canyon. The water is cold enough to give you hypothermia and has killed people in other canyons.

I just got back from New Zealand South Island for 2 weeks in a campervan. Applied for a drone permit in 3 regions, but it's still so strict that I was kinda nervous flying my drone. But I managed to capture breath taking shots on my Mini 3 Pro.
