the door handle youre removing the screw from at 1:00 ..... I remove mine & the handle AND lock both flap loose, as if something is broken & not holding them in place. If I open the door/pull the handle ...I have to very very carefully slowly pull the lever while holding the whole thing in place. ...... The ovally handle cover you took off at 1:00 Mine appears in good shape, although there is a square opening at the bottom, & thats where the Pin thing sits which holds the handle And the lock button. Is there SUPPOSE to be a squarish opening at the bottom of that piece you unscrewed? -sorry this is so hard to explain & make sense. My door handle/lock is floppy & loose & there doesnt seem to be anything holding the bottom in place.
