I'm confused as to what this is supposed to be. It looks like a lot of effort was put in to making this, but the life total aren't even correct after the levels. 74 lives at 17:43 but 73 at 23:08.
Because he's not doing actual endless.. his lives should be in the top left during the levels but they aren't, so they're picking the levels they do from the courses menu and probably editing in someone elses endless screen in between
