I am so tempted to invest in this asset, my fav asset class. I have the courage to buy a 50L commercial shop mainly because i can get a loan on it. But here the amount needs to paid full and no bank gives loan on it. Are you guys doing anything on it?

This is too high level description of Growth asset. A more detailed details with examples will help. Further, In general, the present Vania CRE offering from you is expected to give IRR of ~ 15%. So will it make sense to invest in this class of business when expected IRR is ~ 15-17% ? Will appreciate clarification onthis. Rgds
