I have a questions, i suffer from some ptsd from my childhood only i still live in the same house, It´s better now and the constant fights are over only i notice i can´t seem to relax and every sound makes me feel anxious and scared there is a fight again. I´ve recently deepend myself in the reprogramming of your subconcious mind and manifesting and found that the dominant toughts create our reality, only i noticed that during eft tapping we keep repeating our problems, i wondered if eft tapping reinduces our problems because we keep repeating them often so i was hoping you could inform me on this or share your toughts because i really want to get rid of this constant hyper awareness and just live in peace and get rid of the physical pains.
