Hey Raeanne. Great ideas. I have an accent wall in a bold terracotta color in my livingroom and it makes a statement surrounded by the neutral theme and vibe I have throughout my house. I'm not someone who likes to fill my walls with art or pictures etc. I prefer a simpler design. I'll go big with throw pillows, textiles and clay pots with greenery but taking more of your 21 ideas into consideration would work to add another element with out additional wall clutter. TFS 👌🏽🏡
Hey Raeanne. Nice to see you back on RU-vid with 2 videos in a row. Great ideas as we switch seasons. I'm on the hunt for the right throw blanket preferably linen for the warmer months. Lots of stores still have heavy, faux fur and thick cableknit blankets. I'm very picky with my decor but I know the right one will come along. There are a couple in my Amazon cart but the price point range is a bit higher than I'm willing to spend. I also changed some of my heavy weight throw pillows to linen throw pillows. The colors in my home are pretty neutral all year round but some hints of home decor definitely need a refresh. Thank you for the tips and motivation 👌🏽🙌🏽🏡
Raeanne, welcome backkkkk!!! Your videos always bring great content and the best ideas. I love the marble end table. Also the post you recently shared of your fireplace is epic. Hope you're enjoying the home makeover process. Have a great weekend! 👌🏽🙌🏽🏡
I wish I had spot to plop kids papers because our breakfast nook is where those go to die. I actually have an entire table covered at the moment because the last couple weeks of school have been nuts lol!
I agree that marble looks expensive! I’m not a fan of acrylic though. Each person has their own likes and dislikes. Overall, these were good tips! Thanks! 😊
Great HomeGoods shop with me. What is it about the front entry of every HomeGoods that makes you want to buy it all?! From the friendly staff that welcomes you to the beautifully displayed items, I will shop the store for hours if I could. It's one of my top favorite home decor stores. Share more Raeanne. The way you film the walk throughs feels like I'm shopping the store virtually 👌🏽🙌🏽👍🏼🛍
Nice HomeGoods loving their planters if I was there I be in so much trouble lol… you be like torey we just came in here for coat hangers and I buy like 5 planters lol.. Do you have a garden in your new home ??
Looks great but I'm curious why you're downsizing with four kids. I'd take out anything non-structural .. the suspended kitchen cabinets, he box of closet/pantry (the whole midfle section). A free standing armoire against the stairs could be used for coats or a bigger unit as coat closet and pantry. To open up the livingroom I'd take out the left side of the fireplace so its just in the middle of the room. This will make room larger and give more light. Looking forward to next episode.
The changes will be awesome! That is definitely a modern 90's house with all the angles, even the stove is on an angle. Very unique and interesting! I am so curious why you didn't like the last house? This will be fun to watch! Thank you.
Congratulations Raeanne. The house has so much potential, and I bet your vision will come to light beautifully. The fireplace is such a cool feature and definitely the focal point with the 2 sided style. It's odd that a 90s home would have such small doorways. That's what you find in some older homes. Share the progress as it comes along and enjoy the memories you will make in your new home 🏡 👌🏽👍🏼
You better sell those light fixtures. Anything from the 90s are vintage now ventures actually make more money. They have more money now and you get you can do more projects with it.
Awesome video Raeanne! I am looking at the battery-operated wall sconces. We recently lost power for a few hours, due to storms in the area, my pups were so frightened and having battery-operated sconces would have helped calmed them down. Amazon has gold sconces I am looking at. I will need 6 of them, and many are rechargeable.
Raeanne, glad to see you're back and sharing your best finds. The mirror is my favorite and the pillows in white. I have them in my car that was highly recommended. If its one of your finds than it has to be good. TFS 👍🏼 🏡🪞
