She’s got soft hands. that looks like a 5.-11 at my gym. Jk lol she did a good job she could probably hit a 5.12 after a rest period ngl. She looks like she can do harder stuff.
Focusing on the hands is probably not helpful for a beginner; they are definitely already trying to "pull on it"! Get the feet and body position right.
I need to hit this gym for a confidence boost. The bastards where im at would call that a V1 at BEST. I can barely clear any of the V0 routes at my local gym.
Your arms are locked using too much biceps muscles, try to straighten your arm and use your body structure to take the weight instead of the biceps. Also same time make sure your feet is always stable pushing hard on the holds to not fall or swing. Keep pushing 💪🏽
