Bro, I joined in Apr 2023. My manager has set goals/attributes and asked me to put comments in it. so when will be the last date for this process. Do I need to update then and there the comments or all comments at a time before the closing time. When is the end date for this process? How Pls guide me on this.
One month is a good time for preparation. But it also depends on your current level of preparation. If you have decent grasp in a programming language and know a bit of DSA. in one month you can prepare the coding part
Hi I have a query can you please answer ? So I have been on bench for 10months now and this is the company I joined just after my graduation. While in this bench period I have done certifications and acquired skills in different areas. I have my visibility upto the director level...bcos of that they tagged me under some client but not given any project till now..the project I was being offered was in some other location so I declined it due to personal reasons so the director asked my to prepare 2 more skills for my current location.Now the thing is I am tagged under a client but in bench ,as u said there is ambiguity around me and also I can't leave bcos bond of 2 yrs.....Can you please guide me what should I do
If you are stuck in this current scenario and don't want to leave due to the bond period, then the only way is to keep upskilling and do projects. Not simple projects but some projects with multiple components, write technical blogs around it. Create a personal brand around yourself. you should have a very good project portfolio to justify sitting on bench for so long. The only way is to utilise the 8 hours you spend in your job in creating projects that you can showcase to other companies.
My exam is on 13 may. I don't know any dsa. Normal coding questions I can do. But dsa related questions I cannot do. What should I do. I only practiced previous year questions
Sir, employee resigns with shortfall of some days instead of full notice period. Company ignores the shortfall and pays full 3 months salary during 3 months notice period. After one year, company changes mind and asks employee to pay for notice shortfall. Is legal action possible as company itself has paid full 3 months salary during 3 months notice long back
The rating is something you get after taking average of all the rating you get on all aspects of the appraisal questionnaire. You are assigned a band afterwards. Which band to assign to you depends on your rating (IPF score), but also depends on your manager and HR. You can get an IPF of 3.5, 3.9, 4.1 and still get B band. You can also get 3.9 rating and get C band. At the end, your hike depends on your band, and not rating.
I guess we can, but most people prefer Python, Java, or C++. But if the language is supported, then you can use whatever you are comfortable with the most.
When you have joined TCS, you will not be giving this exam, but you will have to go with the Elevate Wings 1 TSLP route. I have some videos on that in my channel, you can go and watch to know more about it. But also do your own research cause they change the policies a lot. You can always reach out to someone from TCS Talent development teams to know more about these opportunities
Sir, i passed 7/7 testcases in first coding question, and 6/7 testcases in second one. Quant was the worst, reasoning went pretty well, and verbal okayish. Can i expect an interview call????
It all depends on the rest of the competition to be honest. But I have seen people getting interview calls who were in a similar situation to you. But it is hard to predict anything, so best thing is to just wait and watch
Yes there are chances, all depends on the rest of the candidates as well. If everyone performed worse quants than other sections, it might reduce the cutoff for that section (If they have decided to keep a sectional cutoff) If there is no sectional cutoff then also there are chances
TSLP which is also known as Elevate Wings1 track is the only way you can move to digital profile and beyond IF you have already joined in the Ninja profile as per the latest news. DCA for the internal employees have been discontinued.
is there any need to write only the optimized solution or can we put just any brute force approach to just pass the test cases irrespective of time complexity
Wings1 does not have these kind of digital exams anymore as far as I am aware. There you’ll have to complete wings1 courses and sit for assessments based on that

@@Rishabh_563 Oh that's strange. Are you referring to the Digital Exam or Wings1 assessment? Can you add some more details? I might not have the complete information as the policies might have changed from the last time I was updated by someone. So your help will be valuable to the community
@@CodingWithRoy yes bro i will be giving wings 1 next month and the interview used to be taken earlier at the time of DCA but now there is only one way to get digital cadre which is through tslp wings 1-2 and it has become tough to clear the exam so there is no interview just written exam.
