Happy belated Birthday Nadya. I just watched a video from BlueBird competition where your student Miri danced Medora for my favorite dancer and judge at the competition Nikolai Tsiskaridze and he was really touched. I didn't know you and Nikolai studied together. How wonderful that you are friends.
Just wonderful! Especially considering that Jerusalem ballet is so young and and has been started from zero without any traditions of classical ballet in Israel. Big thank you to Nina Timofeeva and Nadya Timofeeva!
@@nadyaballet Hello, I am from Moscow and remember too well your mother as a prima in Bolshoy Theatre. By the way in 2013 my father and another my relative did come to see you because creating his family's tree my father thought that your mother has been a distant relative. Maybe you remember him, we live in Sydney, Australia. One of my daughter made alia and lives in Tel Aviv, she did ballet in her school years, she is 26 now. You have done amazing job!!! I am so proud of your unforgettable mother and you, Nadya.
I saw a fragment of it first with Yuval Cohen at the competition and loved it, so glad I found a full ballet. Thank you. Amazing. Love Manfred Symphony too, often neglected but beautiful.
Самая прекрасная Леди Макбет в мире. Знаю, какой ценой это досталось. Дороже, чем другим балетным советским богиням их кармены и анюты. Ave Nina gratia plena

Great choreography... I have always loved Roland Petit and his Pique Dame, Notre Dame and Young Man and Death all with Nikolai Tsiskaridze, Pique Dame also with music of Tchaikovsky and many others. This reminds me a bit of his style Even though Pique Dame combined classical dance with modern. Great dancers. I am glad I found your channel. Forgive me if I might sound a bit ignorant but I am not a dancer, just love ballet.
I am sorry Nadia, I didn't notice if was you who posted it.. I hope I had a right information I posted below. I adored you mother's dancing. I loved her in Bayadere with Lavrovsky and Albinoni's Adagio, it took my breath away. She was superb. She expressed feelings like no one else. And you are following in her footsteps. Just beautiful . All the best to you from California. Shalom
Daughter of Nina Timofeeva who was a great ballerina of the 20 century and who was married to the composer who wrote this ballet for her. He died in 82 and she and her daughter later moved permanently to Jerusalem. Like mother like daughter... mother's talent and expression.
