Putting in a new harness for my 78 la 360, ive got a coil wire coming from the fuse box that i need to hook to my positive coil terminal and to my aftermarket ecu that doesnt need a resistor, whats the best way of turning my one wire into 2 to feed my two components?

Will it work over old paint
@Chapscruisers
@Chapscruisers 27 дней назад
Do not do this. It will never dry and leave a very sticky residue. Almost impossible to get off without ruining the patina

Great idea! My question is, is this a one time process or should it be repeated over time? Also, will it wash off? Thanks.

You should be using a flyback diode across the coil for the relay.

Miss seeing her with Lewis. Their partnership seemed so loyal and mutually beneficial. Glad to see her again and I’m looking forward to seeing her again in another racing platform.

I started using Weiss snips in 1977 when an old guy said they were the only ones to use. I’ve had a number of them over the last 47 years. They cut the best. How could anyone get by working on metal without a good set of sheet metal hammers? Now I don’t beat on sheet metal for a living, I do it best enjoy it. Building a T Bucket by hand right now, including the steel body panels. Great video and advice!

Do you think this would work on Corten steel panels for a deck railing and hold up to weather?

Excellent video. I have the Doyle crimpers and the Pittsburg Pro automatic wire strippers. They work really, really well. That HF heat gun also works great, just don't run it for too long or the plastic end heats up a lot.

I may be thinking wrong here but I think one of the bolts on the hidden hinge 3.0 would need to be reverse thread in order for the door to swing without getting in a bind. It may would work without reverse thread though.

Hi there I just applied your solution to my vintage truck. Everything was going great and when I came to check on it this morning. It was really sticky/gummy. I accepted the fact I may have overapplied. I live in parts of Louisiana where it’s super hot and humid. Should I still allow it to dry for the next 72 hours? Feedback would be greatly appreciate

Yellow are a pointless tool. You can cut straigh with right or left and waste either side with both depending on which way you snip, pulling up or pushing down. Also wiss suck. Just my 2
