It's a shame they never made a Ranger that carried ammo or meds, or maybe a purely recon one As it is, it feels underwhelming to use, but annoying to fight! I enjoy BF2042 a good bit. Haven definitely my favourite map though. Spearhead isn't too bad!
That's actually a really good idea. The only thing I enjoy about the ranger is when I lose a gunfight to someone I should have beaten and I have a ranger active and they get the kill on them because I made them super low health. Best part of the ranger.

i fell off my 20 dollar Mountain bike today and belly flopped ontop of a persons Pomeranian and it died. I had a PSP in my pocket that fell out and it got ran over by a some guys F-250.
Looks pretty good and you had it over 100 fps you could probably get good fps on medium settings. What you running under the hood of your PC? the game doesn't support XBOX controllers? Do you have Steam?
On 128vs64... For both of them I wish maps had multiple possible flag layouts Some of the 64 man layouts miss most of the fun parts of a map, and same with the 128 man - you have these really fun places to fight but no reason to go there
