I can’t express how EASY it was to install. This unit has been a life savior during the summer and some days during other seasons where it can still be a bit warm at night. In this small place is my friend, a husky, poodle mix and myself. We need AC - lolI don’t use the dehumidifier option - I’m not sure if it will leak in my house, since I did not install the small draining hose that came with it. May look into it late but I don’t worry about much humidity in the apartment. I don’t understand why the negative reviews since all things mentioned, I personally did not find issues with. Definitely worth it!

I have the black carry out G2+ and I just reinstalled this in our new RV but once I hook it up to power no noise is coming from the satellite. Any suggestions. This is not the first time. When we had our other camper, it seemed like it would not pick up the signal right away.

Ground cable is way to thin. Should be same dimension as the cables from the battery. If something goes wrong, the ground needs to able to move 200a. Classic inverter installation mistake here!
I have an aluminum frame above basement storage area. 2017 Jayco 27.5 HT Fifth Wheel, would I be able to screw this mount directly into the frame for mounting?
Just installed my TV with this mount today and it works great. Just wish you guys also offered an optional box to protect the tv from shifting cargo. Going to try and make something out of plywood.
The continuous swirling logo in bottom right of screen IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!! AAARRRGGGHHH!!!! $%^&&%$@@!!@#$%^*(&^$#!!!! PLEASE GET RID OF IT!!! This huge irritating, mindbending piece of destruction is swirling maddeningly right on top of the very Samlex product you are demonstrating. How smart is this? Whose brilliant idea is it? I need an inverter. I want to buy a Samlex. I would have used your link. I need to watch this video, but right now, due to the SWIRLING LOGO, I am LEAVING YOUR VIDEO AND CHECKING OUT SOMETHING ELSE. I'm sorry the watermark logo causes you aggravation. I'll take credit for the idea. The reason it is there, is because before I started using the watermark, many of my videos were "stolen'" by others to use on their websites. They edited out my logo at the beginning and end, and used my work as if it was theirs. Now at least if someone chooses to use my work to improve their situation, at least we get some credit and value from it. Another example of a few bad apples spoiling the barrel.
You might try to place a watermark logo across the whole screen. A 5-10% transparency or so should do the trick. Not terribly intrusive but it's there to protect your content and won't be nearly as distracting...Great video by the way...Thanks!
If I already have dish network service in my house if I buy one of these for my RV would I also need to purchase another receiver box or what I be able to use one of my other receiver boxes I currently have in my home with this?
We notice that you did not use the black cable it came with. In the instructions it says that "not using the included cable could hinder proper operation". We are currently in south Florida. We are supposed to get excellent reception but are missing channels on DirecTV. The guide is showing programming that is not the same as what is being seen on some channels. We hooked it up via the RVs existing coax cable. We have a 2017 RV. We have called Winegard and are waiting for the return call back......
The G2 looks slick, I just bought a used RV that has the Winegard Carryout (no G or G2) and I'm wondering what the difference is, I'm guessing mine has less features, it does say in the book that it will work with DTV or DISH by switching dip switches inside, but I don't know the difference otherwise, (maybe no HD at all?)
I just recently had a G2 installed on the roof of my motor home. Cannot get satellite 110. I have a Dish Tailgater and can get 119 and 110 even if it is sitting on ground in the same spot my motor home sits. Any clues?
