I’ve had problems with the clips on the panel coming off… have tried quite a few adhesives and sealants to try and rebond them.. that’s my only issue with the panel.. Great video though👍
My third ‘remote’ has broken after just over 4 years. I’ve tried all the fixes, changed the frequencies etc. They are clearly a terrible design/quality. Also at £400+ VERY expensive to replace. It’s a shame as I love the tub. In the long run the cost of remotes will be more than the actual Hottub purchase.
For anyone who is struggling, push up on that button harder than you think you do. When you push up, you’ll think it’s up all the way cause you’ll feel quite a bit of resistance. But push past it! As hard as you can! It took me ripping off the panel by force incorrectly to get it open. But once I did, that’s how I was able to tell I wasn’t pressing hard enough
Wish I would have known that before we spent over 4 grand. It waterlogs. Has inadequate drainage and to waterproof the fabric plan on $100 worth of 303 or starbright several times a year. Too bad nobody in the US makes a cover that works and is easy to use like the European models.
Happy New Year. I have the end to end roll on cover for my H2X 2018 trainer 15 D. I need the end shelf bracket to store cover when open. Please advise how to order.
There's no need to pull the battery. Press and hold your finger 1" from the left edge of the screen to reboot remote, AND press and hold JETS button to reboot the dock. Then they are both actively looking for each other. I had to instruct an entire sales floor team to stop doing this/instructing customers this.
Hi. Is there a way to charge the remote other than the docking station? Would a magnetic charger work? Be nice if we could keep an eye on our temp and make adjustments from inside. Thanks
Sorry Spladam, I've gone through a bit of a medical crisis in my family and just didn't pay attention to my youtube channel. From my understanding, I don't believe you can get a QI wireless charger that fits this remote. I should try it though... The range is actually pretty impressive in terms of it being able to communicate with the spa. I'd hold off though, I believe a "relatively" cheap app is coming that will be retrofitable to your model. Perhaps early next year?
This solved my problem. New tub, but no remote control. Pressing and holding the jets button did nothing. I pulled the battery anyways and reinstalled. It connected and came to life. Bottom line is I can now control my new tub. Thanks.
Nick, thanks for video. I don't know if you're still answering questions for this video but I'm getting ready to look at a Seychelles. Do all the other panels remove the same way or just the equipment panel?
For larger hot tubs, and can be hard to reinstall for just one person. For instance, the Hot Spring Prism uses something similar, but it’s 9 feet long. It is just heavy and awkward to handle. You can clearly see me reinstall this panel (7 feet long) by myself in about 30 seconds. That’s not bad. They had some trouble with warping early on, but I disagree. I see it as one of the better designs in terms of security and lack of movement. However, you am waiting for the perfect panel. Everyone has their own style, and I feel that there is a lot of room for improvement on panels in general
Hi Cindy! E2E has a couple of different models and they are all custom made, so they will ask you for your swim spa make and size before they quote you. You can do that here: The cost depends on the size, but for a basic one, smaller, and in the Sport Series, I'd imagine you'd see them start around $2700. They would go up to about $4600 (of course, pricing changes a lot nowadays... so don't hold me to that.)
